This trip only worked at five stars because of our magnificent tour guide. This was our first experience with a tour group, and His Awesomeness Ahmed has now set the bar impossibly high. From beginning to end, our 5-day journey was an incredible experience. The high point? The hot air balloon ride, camel ride, and quad riding were definitely highlights. Our trip today was incredible. Because of your organization and putting the right people in place, we were able to experience another culture and world so different from ours.
Our driver, Manuel, was wonderful and such a lovely man. We would like to be neighbors to he and his wife . He not only drive us to Tarifa, but walked with us through the town. Then ushered us to the ferry, waited for us to return, and took us back to our hotel. Mohammad, our guide in Tangier was very well versed on the world on which he was raised, and offered us insights into the past and present of his culture and country. Very enjoyable!

In general the trip itinerary was all that I wanted to do, however, there where many things that were foreseeable that where going to affect the trip and NO previous measure was taken, which eventually disappointed me of how it ended up being the trip. Things like the fact that Granada was going to be closed earlier and make us run to arrive on time but just let us be sitting in the hotel for a long time, or arriving very late to Fez and not having proper time to stay in the place could have been better handled.
In particular, I want to complain about the fact that we were suppossed to go to Alicante, we voted in the bus about skipping this city and two of us said NO to not going to the place and our guided decided to do whatever he wanted thinking we were joking. Not happy about my complaint, Abdel Salam (the guide) wrote to me in my personal whatsapp about his dissapointment of me complaining which I believe is extremly unprofessional.
The night of the 31st of December was also a huge dissapointment. And the lack of consistency and overall bad quality of the hotels was not in accordance to what you advertise in your brochures.
