We had a great time with our Europamundo guide, Maria. She was very professional and made a great effort to see to it that everything goes smoothly. Agnes, the guide from Barcelona, was also very informative and amazing. If all of the guides you have are like them, then I would without a doubt book with you again. I also appreciate the free time and transfers provided for dinner. Just a few points for improvement would pertain to more sites visited. I understand that the logic is that a not a lot of people want to do the same thing but I wish more maps and more detailed information could be provided as to how to go about the city. Maria was able to provide maps and information on how to get about the city and it was sufficient of course. However, some travellers who are not attuned to traveling might be a little iffy in exploring on their own. In general though, great tour and Id definitely do it again.

The walking route was nicely maintained, with the mix of hikes across the island. I literally have seen all the gems of La Gomera! The extra days on the beach after almost a week of hikes was amazing as well. It was my first self-guided walking tour, I was a bit concerned if I’ll be able to complete (not being really super fit), but it went so good - instructions are well written, it was easy to follow and on the route my hiking shoes and walking sticks helps a million. We had a lovely week in Spain on the Andalucia package. The itinerary was well put-together and our Explore leader, Craig, was terrific in every respect. The Alhambra Palace is stunning, likewise the great Mosque at Cordoba. Craig is so knowledgeable on the history and architecture of the area, which he was able to convey in a lively and entertaining way. The walks in the countryside around Craig's charming guest house provided the perfect balance to the city sightseeing. We learnt about pigs, cork trees, village festivals, geology and much more! Calm and unflappable, he lead us through the tour with the perfect balance of group talks/tours and free time to explore on our own. The whole trip was very well organised. We saw a lot of Sapin which was what we wanted. The itinerary was great. However, it was a bit rushed and a lot more walking then indicated. The coach was very nice, comfortable and well equipped, nice big window as long as you were not seated by a partition of the windows. The hotels were for the most part very nice. The hotel in Valencia was terrible.
