Vietnam with intro was such an incredible experience thanks to our fantastic leader Michelle! Honourable mention to Jas and Tim as leaders-in-training who will be amazing. The whole trip was so enjoyable and engaging, and I genuinely cant remember the last time I had that much fun. Michelle was amazing in any scenario thrown her way, and nothing was ever too big of an issue to solve! I consistently felt so safe and reassured with the team. From cultural experiences of war tunnels and walking tours to incredible boat rides and fun nights out this has been one of the best holidays of my life. I would absolutely recommend to anyone solo travelling because you will meet such amazing people along the way. I wish I could do it all over again!

Every detail of our trip worked perfectly. The numerous drivers we used throughout the trip were always on time,
the hotels were very nice and our tour guide was fantastic! We enjoyed the Mekong Delta and Halong Bay. All activities planned by our travel exprt,

Just completed my 3rd intro tour and already booked my 4th for next year! Just finished the Vietnam intro and had the absolute best time. Halong Bay is incredibly beautiful, Pu Luong has such fascinating natural scenery and culture, and Hanoi with its vibrant atmosphere and people is something I truly loved. The drivers and guides were friendly and fun to hang out with, and I have no complaints about the accommodations. I’m so happy that I chose this travel operator for this trip. I was always supported by the team, who paid attention to every detail and answered my questions quickly, even in the middle of the night. I will definitely use this company for my next trip to Vietnam.
Having been a previous customer for INTRO, I was so excited to be part of their first trip to the Philippines and it definitely did not disappoint. As always from start to finish, the Group Leaders were there to help with anything and everything and the trip itself was just mind blowing. THE BEST way to travel a country and since doing my first group tour with INTRO over 3 years ago now I will never travel any other way.
My favourite activities were the 3 day boat expedition from Coron to El Nido which was just incredible, the waterfalls in Siquijor and all of the snorkelling!
The accommodation was comfortable and better than I expected as it was on all other INTRO tours. Already looking forward the next trip.
