Start your morning in Hanoi with a burst of energy as you zip through the city’s historic streets by motorbike. This half-day tour, perfect for adventurous travelers, lets you experience the Vietnamese capital at its most tranquil—just after sunrise—when the city is waking up and the air is crisp. Your guide and driver collect you from your hotel at 5:30 am, ensuring you’re well-placed to catch the city’s hidden charms before the crowds arrive.
The journey begins in the atmospheric Old Quarter, where narrow lanes and colonial facades blend effortlessly with local life. Feel the wind in your hair as you cruise past iconic landmarks, including the solemn Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, a tribute to the nation’s revered leader. Cross the legendary Long Bien Bridge, an engineering marvel that offers sweeping views of the Red River while connecting two of Hanoi’s vibrant districts.
This sightseeing trip isn’t just about the main attractions. It’s also a chance to discover the lesser-known corners and alleyways that are the soul of Hanoi. Along the way, pause to savor a true local specialty—egg coffee. This creamy, frothy concoction is a delightful treat and a unique highlight of the tour package.
As the motorbike adventure winds down, your driver returns you safely to your hotel, leaving you with a new appreciation for the city’s blend of tradition and modern buzz. What sets this tour apart is the early morning schedule, which not only beats the heat and traffic but also reveals a side of Hanoi that few visitors get to see. It’s an exhilarating way to kickstart your day and immerse yourself in authentic Vietnamese culture.

After a flavorsome lunch, the adventure shifts gears as you venture to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a sprawling 200-kilometer underground network that played a vital role in Vietnam’s wartime history. Walk through narrow passageways, explore living quarters and hidden trap doors, and even sample guerrilla fare like cassava. Your guide brings the stories of resilience and innovation to life, making history tangible and real.

Step into Singapore’s vibrant Chinatown for a culinary adventure that goes far beyond sampling local flavors. Guided by a passionate local, you’ll navigate the bustling Chinatown Complex—the city’s largest hawker center with over 226 stalls—tasting iconic dishes like chicken rice, poh piah (fresh spring roll), and chwee kueh (water rice cake) paired with ice-cold sugar cane juice.
But this food tour isn’t just about eating. Your guide shares fascinating stories about Singapore’s multicultural heritage, the history of hawker centers, and insider tips on the city’s must-try specialties. The exploration continues with a visit to the lively wet market, where you encounter exotic ingredients and live produce that define local cuisine. As you wander Chinatown’s historic streets, you’ll learn about the lives and traditions of early migrants, discovering why this district is called ‘Niu Che Sui’ and home to Singapore’s oldest Hindu temple.
The unique selling point is the interactive experience—guests are encouraged to ask questions, sample a variety of fusion delicacies (like roti prata with teh or kopi tarik), and gain a deeper understanding of Singapore’s cultural tapestry. A region endowed with immense natural beauty and an ancient past, Luang Prabang is best seen through a local's eyes. Interested in exploring this area? Then we have the perfect tour for you.
Meet your tour guide at our sales office early in the morning for a forty-minute drive to Pak Ou Village where you are free to explore the many crafts that the locals make before crossing the mighty Mekong River by a small boat to the base of a limestone cliff, the site of the Pak Ou Caves. Take your time to explore the impressive lower grottos filled with Buddhist statues and scented with burning incense. Grab a flashlight and head up through a winding series of stairs to find another fascinating and easily navigable cave filled with ancient Buddhist relics.
Enjoy your lunch before crossing the Mekong again by boat and continue with a drive downriver for one and a half hours to the famous Kuang Si Waterfall. On the way, we’ll stop to see the popular Whiskey Village where you have the option to sample the locally made Lao Lao.
The jungle around the waterfall remains lush and beautiful year-round. The waterfall cycles between placid, turquoise waters during the dry season to impressive, roaring falls during the rainy season. Either way, you’re in for a refreshing and beautiful nature experience. Integrated into the landscape is an Asiatic bear sanctuary where you can see these beautiful creatures up close and support efforts to care for the animals in the area.
We’ll end this full-day trip with a return drive to Luang Prabang late in the afternoon.
Please note that the stairs in the lower Pak Ou Cave are short but steep. Access to the upper cave is via a fairly long series of stairs and can be taken at your own pace.
The Pak Ou Cave and Kuang Si Waterfall lie to the north and south of Luang Prabang city, respectively. This tour will take you to both these highlights, with a scenic drive up and down the length of the Mekong River between.
