Our trip was wonderful! We had 3 different tour guides. The first gentleman in Seoul didn't answer questions as well as we had hoped and it was somewhat difficult to understand him. The other two were excellent-especially Andy Park. We learned about the culture, the food, customs, religions, and saw the beauty of the country. We especially enjoyed the DMZ tour (very sobering) and Jeju Island.

The tour guide was pleasant and well organized. The other passengers were friendly. I was disappointed in the meals. st dinner changed to shabu shabu. Much preferred bim bap, more authentic Korean. We had a buffet one meal and did not like this at all. Then we did not have the Korean beef bbq, but a fish bbq. Would have preferred the beef bbq. Overall the food was of a moderate level of satisfaction for me.

The trip was wonderful and well organized but the only issue was that it was a very large group comprising of around 5 buses going to same places. The places we visited was very interesting. Very often it resulted in crowding and long waiting times specially in the morning for breakfast. In Seoul, I was the only English speaking person and was assigned an individual guide Mr Simon to translate in English. Mr Simon has been very helpful and attentive. He immediately made the necessary arrangements with regards to foods when i informed him that i has some food restrictions. he ensured that my foods met my requirements.He even took me to the pharmacy to help me buying some cough medicine as I caught the flu during the trip. The English speaking guides in Japan were also very nice and helpful and providing all relevant information. They also made the necessary arrangements regarding my food restrictions, telling me which food I could eat and which food I could not. And Pablo was like meeting an old friend as we met during my last trip in 2024.

The South Korea Japan Trip was amazing I truly could not have asked for a better travel experience. Our Trip was in Nov 2022 during Thanksgiving, and we had some fantastic weather not too cold and not too hot - it was perfect. Both countries were beautiful, but I especially enjoyed Japan. Our guides were awesome esp. Rei and David : and the places we saw were like no other Buddhist temples, Shinto temples, seeing the Snow Monkeys, the magnificent gardens, what an experience We also had a really great tour group. The people we met on our journey were the best. The hotels were excellent, and the food was good too. There were not as many vegetarian options as I thought there would be so just be mindful of that if you have dietary restrictions and make sure to tell the guide in advance.
