I really enjoyed our tour guide, Isaso. She was very friendly, helpful, informative of what our itinerary will be for each day, let us know when are our W.C. breaks were, how much time we have at each stop, present information of each place were were visiting, and very caring. Also, I like our driver, Domingo. Excellent driver so many curves and turns. I would have like to spend more time in the small towns such as Porto but due to the tight schedule, we did not have the time. I wish the bus had disability seats better accommodationsfor one elderly lady with cane/wheelchair and her daughter. Not fair that they had to walk further from the bus drop off area. Love all the hotels and hotel rooms. They were all very nice and clean. The breakfast in the hotels were delicious and had nice variety, too. I especially love the flamenco show and dinner in Madrid. The show was top notch and the dinner was one of the best I had. A very fun, long trip with sightseeing and long walks.

Very happy with how tour was conducted. My wife had booked it told me we may have to change buses a few times that we had a full itinerary. As Id just got out of hospital before the trip nearly 70, both worried it may be too much but it wasnt at all had plenty of rest on bus in between hours at cities lots of free time so it was all good never felt rushed at all. Overall the trip was pretty well organized. All tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative regarding cities and historic landmarks with enough details. Even though we were English speaking our trip included Spanish/ Asian speaking tourists as well. They did a pretty good job of accommodating everyone. I was under the impression our trip was with the same group from start to finish but was not the case and the group interchanged as we progressed along the route. Lots of logistics involved but it seemed to work alright.
