Overall I loved the trip, and what was offered. Again my only complaint is the accommodations. Basic is fine but cleanliness and pride of ownership should be important. I would definitely consider another G Adventures but the accommodation will weigh heavily on that decision. I love the 18-39 age group, but with upgraded accommodation.

What an incredible experience of a part of Central America. Guatemala took my breath away and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering Latin America. The activities, the pace, the nature and cultural experience was a perfect balance. My only regret is not staying on the second leg of the tour to continue onto Nicaragua, Honduras and El Salvador.

Overall I had the best time and this is definitely one of my favourite trips I have done. Each country was special in its own way and the people are so great. Being able to snorkel and swim with sharks was a real bucket list moment in Belize and then hiking up Acatenango in Guatemala was an experience I will never forget and truly magical considering it was also the most difficult thing I have ever done.

Honestly one of the best trips I’ve ever been on! Our host Eve was amazing — super friendly, so organised, and just had the best energy. She made everyone feel so comfortable and kept the vibes high the whole time. We also had Alejandro as a trainee tour guide who was so passionate and knowledgeable. The itinerary was packed with awesome activities that definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone (in a good way!).
