This experience was an outstanding opportunity to visit more places and to learn more about the history, grography and culture of two amazing countries, partially due to the great leadership. There is no way we could have managed the same itinerary on our own. Also, the small groups facilitated the development of new relationships and group bonding as a bonus to the tour itself.

This was a fabulous overview of the entire country. Highlights were the wilderness experiences - the forest bathing and the sound of silence on Doubtful Sound. This was a trip of a lifetime!! Well done.
I have just completed the 9 day New Zealand North Island tour and I was gutted at the end that I hadnt booked on to the 18 day one, as the whole trip was just amazing. I met some incredible people and did things Ive never done before such as cold water swimming in Lake TaupA and white water rafting. I got to visit Hobbiton, which was a dream come true. Jay our guide was the best and the trip ran smoothly. The week is packed with activities but also enough down time to do your own thing. I will definitely be booking on to another tour next year! If youre unsure about booking, do it, you wont regret it! 10/10
I love, love, love New Zealand. This was one of my favorite GAdventures trip. Seeing New Zealand, with all the multi-sport activities, felt exciting and invigorating. This tour involved many great walks to experience the spectacular scenery, flora and fauna of New Zealand. Our minibus was comfortable for travelling in but it was also fun to use various types of water transportation. Our guide, Robbie, did a wonderful job of driving and guiding. He was always energetic, cheerful, patient and attentive to any needs. My fellow travellers were fun and supportive also! A great trip!
This tour is a great way to see the major sights in New Zealand. Many optional activities offer for an additional price which you can choose to participate in or not. Our tour guide George, made the trip very memorable. He loves his country and his enthusiasm was contagious. Our group started as strangers and left as friends.
Our trip to the South Island of New Zealand was amazing. James, our guide was phenomenal, his passion for his country, traveling and guiding was contagious. We had the right amount of planned activities with time for optional experiences, also enough free time to do our own thing. G Adventures seems to attract like minded travelers. Had such an amazing time on the South Island NZ Tour - we went to a great range of places with a good amount of chill vs adventure activities and the people were all lovely. Would definitely recommend! º
Today is a free day to explore Christchurch at your own pace. Maybe chill out in the Botanic Gardens to see some of the native plants, or stop by the Canterbury Museum to learn about the region’s cultural heritage. Tonight, you’ll have another welcome meeting at a 6 pm to meet the new travellers joining you for the next leg of your adventure. After, why not head out to dinner at a local restaurant and get to know each other better.
