There is too much free time and not much to do in the city centers for more than a few hours. It would have been nice to go some other places beside the city centers. Regarding our guide, Patricia, she was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company. HOWEVER her English accent was heavily accented that I could not understand more than 50 of what she was saying. It is not her fault, but still we paid for an English guide and I think I should have gotten a guide who is more understandable.

The trip for good overall in terms of selection of locations and excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed it with few exceptions Hotel at Prague as NOT good and wasnt accommodating Hotel at Innsbruck was pathetic and same was the breakfast The breakfast at Vienna had huge queue and was very inconvenient The choice of hotel at Budapest was perfect in all aspects We faced huge issues in getting simple documentation for our visa and the team was NON CO-OPERATING If I ignore the above points stated, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip . THANK YOU
