    The whole hot air balloon experience was great because the weather, the crew and the fantastic service were perfect. Our pilot (Andy) was very friendly and an amazing leader to show us the most attractive places in Melbourne from the sky. We took great pictures of the Rod Laver Arena, MCG stadium, F1 track, and the beautiful city of Melbourne. The experience didn't stop there as we're taken to have a delicious buffet breakfast with a wonderful view at the Sofitel Hotel. We highly recommend "Picture This Ballooning" for this experience because they arranged our early pickup, took care of us during the trip and finally dropped us off at our next destination.

    Me and my sister traveled to Australia togrther. We had been talking about going to Australia for years, and when we finally found this tour, it felt like the perfect fit. It had all the major places we wanted to see Sydney, Cairns, the Great Barrier Reef. Sydney was amazing. We loved walking around Circular Quay, seeing the Opera House and taking the ferry to Manly Beach. The harbor views are something else. What we really liked was that the group was small. It made everything easier and more relaxed. We ended up making a few friends from Canada and we still keep in touch on WhatsApp. The guide was friendly and gave us just the right amount of information without overloading us. The hotels were comfortable and in good locations. For the price, I think it was really worth it. You get so much in one trip and don’t have to worry about the logistics.

It was a pleasure having her on the other end of the phone helping me make a decision on booking my Christmas presents. She went beyond what one has come to expect from a customer service representative in this day and age, and I have to say I have booked two flights with Picture This based fully around Jess's friendly and professional manner. I went from hoping to make some polite enquiries of a number of different companies to booking and paying for two people on flights with your company simply due to her pleasant manner.     Our itinerary was one that fluctuated due to changing venues and plan of schedules. did a good job trying to get us the best experiences though. I only had one concern that put a small damper on my trip. Trafalgar won’t let you gain access to excursions until we are in the country. This time several of the items were full and I was unable to go. It just seems to me if you publish an excursion as an option then it should be available. kept saying, •its Easter break”. Well the holiday didn’t change so if Trafalgar and its travel guides anticipate a problem on holiday weekend then don’t use that time line to plan a trip of a lifetime. This is also the first time the travel director didn’t attend all excursions. She stayed back at the hotel a few times and left us with the driver. Overall, I had a great time and met some wonderful people. I have used Trafalgar three times and will continue to do so.
