Generally, the itinerary was acceptable despite the very hectic schedule and short span of time. What we realized later is that we could have added few more days at some major cities so we could have explored more and see more of the sights. As it is, we hardly had time to enjoy these beautiful places like Paris, Lyon, Zurich, Lucerne, Lugano, Rome, Florence, enice, Salzburg Vienna. Such a waste we didnt see more of these places. We had a total of 5 Europmundo tour guides some local guides. Of the 5 Europamundo tour guides, our group of 4: Daphne Beverly Yu, Abigail Joy Ho-Ong I, Mary Jocelyn Ho, commend applaud Guide John. He gave us the most comprehensive helpful information about each place we visited. Next is Sofia. Very pleasing personality, charming helpful too. Our last 2 guides were Mustafa Jose. Mustafa doesnt say much, most of the time just telling us to sleep rest, instead of sharing some info history about each place or the important structures we pass by. Personally, i do believe vacation time is also learning time. We want to know about the history, culture, of each city. The guides are supposed to share these facts. The last guide Jose was with us only for 2 days. I only have this to say about Jose: he speaks English well.
We loved everything on this tour, the itenerary was followed exactly how it was on My Trip, hotels were very good, the guide Emma and the driver Juan Carlos were excellent, very kind and very helpful, everything was really good and definitely we will go on on a tour with Europamundo again :)
The trip was good..had lovely experience. The guides were very good n funny too.. there was no problem with my trip except for the Barcelona hotel Air Front Congress.. it was not at all a 4 star rated hotel.. it looked more like a motel.. there was no cover on the blankets..no glasses to hv water..and we were charged 5 euros for two plastic glasses. The hotel staff is rude and not at a helpful and hospitable.. had a bad experience in the breakfast room..someone misbehave with me..and the hotel staff did not stop . The were quietly watching. We had to complain to look into the matter.. my suggestion would be to kindly not book with such hotels..the hotels should be centrally located...so that it is easier for us to commute.
As mentioned earlier except for the Barcelona hotel..my entire trip was fantastic. Would love travelling with Europamundo again.
It was a short life changing experience that gave me the opportunity to see the world and make new friends from all over the world. It was a great introduction for world traval. Perfect for someone who is new to traveling.
We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
I found the trip considerably good but it included only those destinations in the city tour which was free and not needed any entrance tickets.only colosseum in Rome was there and not any other monument entrance tickets was included.
Great range of activities and interesting things to do. The boat trip in particular stood out as a very high quality inclusion. Our day in Cappadocia was particularly memorable.
The fact that the circuit also allowed me to see smaller places like Volendam, Beaune, Noyers, Brugges made it a fulfilling experience. It gave an insight into the side of Europe thats not frequented by tourists. That was fabulous
