Can we follow up the police report and incident report that was made by our tourist guide name angeles. It was on lyon,inside the bus was stolen ang big travel bag. Amounting 900 a total items was stolen together with the bag.She promised that she will help us and just ff up the documents in europamundo agency in manila.please help us.wee need to claim our insurance.thank a lot and more power to europamundo. Hotel in Rome was not good,room was good but the service was hopeless.when asked for a blanket they said they will send but after an hour still no one showed up and when we called second time they just cut the phone.it is not worth to say 4 star at all.
The staffs were not at all professional and lacked of English language.But I would say trip was enjoyable.

For the most part the selected locations were great. The bus were modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend offering smaller group options and/or allowing a group to finish tour together. The constant adding headcount can be difficult as there’s a culture adjustment between groups. At one point I felt crowded. Also, company should consider utilizing hotels within main cities to allow tourists to visit nearby restaurants. All of our hotels were 20/40 minutes from major cities forcing us to eat at the hotel.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
