I wasn't sure when I signed up for this particular tour if it was the right one for me so my expectations were reasonably low. What I actually experienced was one of the best tours I have participate in. The whole experience was brilliant. However, the Okavango Delta absolutely blew me away and had such a profound effect on my outlook on life and sitting around fire under the starlit sky will live in my memory forever.
The whole journey through Botswana was truly life changing - at times so basic, but equally, so beautiful. Africa has stolen a piece of my heart and I can not wait to return to explore more with G Adventures.

Excellent experience. A trip the family will not forget. My daughter especially made a connection with Johannes in the delta preparing the meal for the group. Those three weeks were three of the best I ever had in my life. The different countries surprised me in the best way possible. The trip has so much to offer. Amazing landscapes and experiences! Camping was a sometimes difficult but a very good experience too and I really enjoyed the time without phones around the bonfire. I was blessed with the best group ever and the best possible two guides that made the trip even more worth it! I'm back home with a heart full of new memories & experiences and most importantly with a lot of good new friends all over the world. I'll never forget this trip! G made what could have been a logistical nightmare to face alone, an easy and well-run trip through southern and east Africa. The interactions we were able to have with local communities were unforgettable and knowing exactly how our money is helping these regions goes a long way to justifying paying for a tour. All the CEOs were well organised and friendly and I feel like I learned a lot as well as seeing so many beautiful sights. There are improvements to be made in terms of the pricing of optional activities and the intense itinerary but overall, I had a life-changing trip.
