Great trip to discover a different part of Morocco!
Lots of time on the bus but was definitely worth it!
Would have liked more information on the different visits though.
I'd echo what I said in one of the first questions.
The pace/itinerary was great for a short trip. Hicham went above and beyond and it was amazing to experience the culture of Marrakech.
Experience an unforgettable Moroccan adventure by embarking on a journey to the mesmerizing Zagora Desert. Traverse the stunning Sahara landscapes on a camel trek, witness breathtaking sunsets over sand dunes, and spend a magical night in a traditional Berber camp. Indulge in authentic Moroccan cuisine under a starlit sky and immerse yourself in local culture. This exclusive desert excursion offers a blend of adventure, tranquility, and cultural immersion, making it the perfect escape for intrepid travelers.
The trip was well organized. We got to see a great swath of Morocco and it was a nice mix of organized excursions and free time. Hassan was a great guide with a lot of insight into many aspects of Moroccan life. Hotel accommodations were better than we expected and our group size of 10 people was perfect for moving from place to place.
My trip to Morocco was an unforgettable experience, filled with rich culture, warm hospitality, and incredible moments that I will cherish forever. From bustling cities to serene landscapes, every stop on our journey offered a deeper connection to the country and its people. One of the most rewarding aspects was the opportunity to truly immerse myself in the local culture—spending time with local families, learning about their traditions, and gaining insights into their way of life.
The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the medina in Fez. Wandering through its winding alleyways, surrounded by centuries-old craftsmanship, vibrant markets, and the hum of daily life, was like stepping into a living piece of history. Every turn revealed something new and awe-inspiring, making it an experience I’ll never forget.
Morocco’s culinary scene was another standout, with flavors as rich and diverse as the country itself. From aromatic spices to slow-cooked perfection, every meal was a delight—but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the goat tagine. The depth of flavor and tender texture made it an absolute must-try!
This journey was more than just a trip; it was an adventure filled with connection, discovery, and unforgettable memories. I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences and the amazing people who made it so special.
Very enjoyable holiday. A couple of long days of driving but they were well broken up and the stunning scenery was worth it. Excellent guide in Hassan, for whom it was his first time as an Explore leader. Please ensure he is employed again, he was lovely - helpful, informative and with a great eye for detail. Highlight is definitely the Bedouin camp, breakfast was amazing and the camel ride is not to be missed but the whole experience was unforgettable, it is a well put together tour.
