An overnight sleeper train then transports you to Aswan, the gateway to Nubian culture. Here, you'll spend a night in a Bedouin camp, enjoying traditional Jordanian cuisine like 'Zarb', a dish of lamb and chicken cooked underground in Bedouin style. The next day, embark on a jeep safari through the dramatic desert landscape, stopping to climb sand dunes and admire towering rock formations. You'll also have the chance to engage in authentic Bedouin activities, like walking with a shepherd, learning about sheep shearing, and even trying your hand at bread making.
