A really very well organized and planned trip. From arrival at the Delhi airport to the last minute - we felt very comfortable! Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful to us. We would travel through this tour company at any time. Local tour specialists organised a fantastic private tour for our group in August/September 2019. We chose the Golden Triangle with Mumbai itinerary and were able to get the best value.
Having liaised with them via email in the months and weeks ahead of the tour to ensure all our queries were answered, we were greeted at Delhi airport by a representative and our driver without issue. From there we were transferred to our first hotel. We opted for 4 star hotels and overall were happy with the accommodation, although once there we would have liked to be a little more central to restaurants/shops etc outside of the hotel for evenings and free time. Our itinerary overall was pretty busy so not too much bother.
We had different guides in each city who were all welcoming and knowledgeable. The particular highlight was our driver for the golden triangle portion, Mangeram, who went out of his way to keep us happy and share his knowledge and expertise with us. His English was great which also enhanced our experienced since we spent a large amount of time in his company traveling. We felt safe with him and that he was trustworthy - especially important as an all female group.
It would have been good to spend a few more days in Mumbai and to stay somewhere central there.
Overall, I would recommend local guides and drivers, who made us feel welcome at each stage.

We jumped around to Varanasi, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Bhopal (on our own for a wedding), and loved every minute of it. Was certainly packed but was our own doing and very fulfilling trip!

I had the most amazing time on a trip to India with this travel operator. It was well thought out from start to finish. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable about the places we were visiting, he went above and beyond and kept things fun. The places we saw were overwhelmingly beautiful. We are just back from India. If I could give more stars for this tour I would. Deepak met us at the airport even though we were delayed for over 2 hours in passport control. He introduced us to our driver who stayed with us for all our holiday. The next day we were picked up in our hotel and shown the sights of Delhi by our fantastic guide. We then moved to Agra which was stunning which was enhanced by our guide. Next on to Jaipur which was also fantastic. I would like to mention our guide who went above and beyond the call of duty. When my wife became ill for this leg of our tour. Loved the Indian people and country. I would highly recommend this tour
When our family decided to travel to India we didn't know which travel agent to use because we couldn't find a tour company in Australia to tailor our holiday, so after searching I stumbled across this tour company, it had good reviews so I went with them. We decided to go on the Golden Triangle, Mumbai and Goa Tour, we were able to choose the dates we wanted to travel and the level of accommodation. We went 3 stars for all of our accommodation which was good. We also decided to take the train from Mumbai to Goa first class and that was the best experience seeing so much from the train. Our whole trip went smoothly we had a representative every place we went, Arshad Khan in New Delhi was the best he was very engaging compared with other representatives. A driver who spoke english was sufficient we really didn't need anyone else, we received phone calls from the tour company everyday to see if everything is going well. Overall we would use and recommended this tour company in the future.
