This trip was honestly everything we hoped for and more. Every place we visited felt special in its own way, and the whole itinerary just flowed so smoothly. We got to see the famous sights, but also had moments that felt really personal—like sitting with Mr. Duoc in Ba Vi, hearing his stories from the war. It was something we’ll never forget.
Mrs. Chin's cooking class in her garden kitchen was another favorite—she made us feel so welcome, and the food was amazing.
We also found some great little restaurants along the way (shoutout to the grilled eggplant in Hoi An—wow).
Thank you, Ellie, for planning everything so perfectly. You really took the stress out of it and helped make this such a memorable trip. We already miss Vietnam… and we’re already talking about coming back.

Halong Bay is incredibly beautiful, Pu Luong has such fascinating natural scenery and culture, and Hanoi with its vibrant atmosphere and people is something I truly loved. The drivers and guides were friendly and fun to hang out with, and I have no complaints about the accommodations. I’m so happy that I chose this travel operator for this trip. I was always supported by the team, who paid attention to every detail and answered my questions quickly, even in the middle of the night. This trip was excellent. Our guide was great, the accommodations were varied but all very good, the food was good too. We really enjoyed the riding, it was varied and through lovely countryside on quiet country roads and lanes. The riding through the cities and towns was a bit more challenging, but the traffic was very considerate and we were well guided through by our guide.The organisation, along with attendant bus and driver, and truck and mechanic, was outstanding. We were very grateful for the electric bikes, some of which were better than others. Felt we had a very good experience of Vietnam. Thoroughly to be recommended.
