You are part of her family and she will do what it takes to make your tour the most rewarding it can be for you. Any special needs you might have, she's there to make it happen. The experiences were varied and interesting from junk boat cruise to an hour tour in a rickshaw. The local guides and drivers did their jobs well as professionals. Siem Reap was very hot and some of the members were not really prepared for it. But water was always available on the bus so everyone could keep hydrated. I enjoyed the temple sunset and especially the optional sunrise at Angkor Wat. This is my first tour in more than 30 years and my first with Explore. I enjoyed it greatly and I've made some new life long friends. I'm looking forward to my next tour and the high standard that this one has set.

This trip was great from beginning to end, the itinerary was very well organized, simple, and not tiring. My mom and I love the beaches in Phuket the most, where we can move freely and relax. Every year we travel to different countries, and this operator has been the best I have ever worked with. Their services are great, and the guides and drivers are very enthusiastic. This trip brought me many unforgettable memories, and I will continue to travel with them in the future!
We had an excellent tour guide: helpful, informed, receptive and with a good sense of humour. Most of the hotels were excellent....some slightly less so (Nha Trang for example). The service on the trip was exceptional. The support team of transport, bag carriage and a cycle mechanic were also excellent. Vietnam is fascinating and being on bikes we saw all aspects of the country. We saw its beauty, we saw the industry and pride of its people who were universally very welcoming. We also saw all sorts of things normal tourists, arriving in a large group with little language ability, would not be able to see. Some of the best things were stops in markets, or by rice fields, or at very basic homes or cafes. We saw a lot and visited a lot of different places: a 'grand tour' if you can do such a thing on bikes! The country certainly has issues, in my opinion, with rapid over-development (in the south particularly) with endless giant resorts half finished, being built or built and empty. It also needs to address the issue of litter. It is not alone in facing these issues! I am also certain it has the ability and determination to address them.

What made this trip really special was how different each day felt. One day we were walking through old temples, the next we were sailing on a quiet bay. Vietnam was full of surprises. The people were friendly, the food was amazing, and every place had something new to offer. Ha Long Bay was a real highlight. The boat ride through those tall limestone rocks felt peaceful and looked like something from a movie. Even the meals on the boat were great!
I also liked how we didn’t just rush from place to place. There was time to look around, take pictures, and enjoy it all. Hoi An was beautiful with all the lanterns, and Hue had some really interesting history. Our guide explained everything in a simple and fun way, which made it more enjoyable.
Then we went to Singapore, and it felt like getting into the future. It was super clean and modern, but still full of culture. The Gardens by the Bay were stunning, especially at night. Everything on this tour ran butter smooth, the flights, the hotels, the transport. It was easy to relax and enjoy. Already thinking of booking a Korea tour. Really impressed by how they manage things!

The communication with Lana was exceptional, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience throughout our journey in Vietnam and Bali. This tour combines sightseeing and a variety of food experiences ranging from street food, meals with local families, cooking classes and farm visits. It also offers a glimpse into the lives of the locals. This tour is highly recommended!
Our guide leader Thin was very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. For our free time he provided many suggestions as well as offered a list of optional activities that you could sign up for if interested which he would coordinate for the group.
