Ho Chi Minh City and Cu Chi Tunnels Full Day - May 2026
You will join in a full-day tour of Ho Chi Minh City and Cu Chi tunnels about 8:00 am.
First, you will visit Notre Dame Cathedral and General Post Office, both of which are excellent examples of French colonial architecture.
Then, you will visit two famous tourist destinations in Saigon. First Reunification Palace, which is used to be the house and workplace of the President of South Vietnam. It is also the last place of the end of the war in Vietnam. Then we visit War Remnants Museum which has many exhibitions relating to the Vietnam War.
After that, you will pay a visit to Ben Thanh Market, to see a wide variety of important goods that all locals need for their daily lives as well as a large number of local handicraft and textiles and buy them as souvenirs.
Afterward, you will explore Cu Chi Tunnels.
Cu Chi Tunnels are one of the most famous historic sites in Vietnam. It is a huge network of tunnels connecting the underground and used for military campaigns during the Vietnam War.
Upon your arrival, you will be given several short introductions accompanied with an introductory video showing you the way the tunnels were built as well as the way local people survived in the serious conditions of the war.
Next, you will have time to discover the remaining area and tunnel systems which consists of the stunningly built living areas featuring all spaces necessary such as kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other manmade amenities such as field hospitals, storage, weapons factories, and command centers aiding anyone staying inside the tunnels.
Moreover, you will also have time exploring many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the complicated tunnels for the purpose of security during the war.
After that, you will be served a cup of special tea and cassava before trying your hand at shooting a real gun.
Finally, you will be transferred back to Saigon. The trip ends around 7 pm.

Ho Chi Minh City Tour - May 2026

In the morning, the tour starts with a visit to the imposing Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat). Pass by classic European-style landmarks such as the ornate City Hall (Hotel de Ville). Afterwards, dive into modern history with a tour of the Reunification Palace. Formerly the Independence Palace of the South Vietnamese president, this 60s style building was famously stormed by tanks on April 30, 1975, signifying the fall of South Vietnam. It has been preserved in its original state, and the original tanks remain on display near the entrance gates. Continue to the harrowing War Remnants Museum, which comprehensively documents the travails of the long Vietnam – American War. Inside are detailed photographic exhibitions; outside is a collection of tanks, planes and weapons. A powerful experience, this museum is guaranteed to provoke strong emotions.
In the afternoon, we head out to Cho Lon (Chinatown). Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with a brief visit to Binh Tay Market, the vast wholesale market selling every kind of goods. Continue to visit Thien Hau Temple, built by the Cantonese congregation and dedicated to the heavenly goddess. End your tour at the central Ben Thanh Market, where vendors display a vast array of goods and handicrafts, appealing to every taste.

Cao Dai Temple and Cu Chi Tunnels Group Tour - May 2026
About 8 am, you will get out of Ho Chi Minh city center and travel through a traditional village to reach the Great Holy Temple in Tay Ninh. This temple is the center of the Cao Dai faith where you can find the “all-seeing” holy eye – the symbol of the Cao Dai religion – displayed above the entrance to the temple. Inside, you will have a fantastic experience by witnessing the midday ceremonies’ extravaganza, courtesy of the Cao Dai followers. Then, you will have time for lunch.
Afterward, your guide will take you to Cu Chi, a district of the city most famous for the 75-mile (121-km) network of underground passages built by the Viet Cong army. The Cu Chi Tunnels are one of the most popular historical attractions in Vietnam.
Before exploring the tunnels, you will be given several short introductions accompanied with an introductory video showing how the tunnels were built as well as how the local people survived amidst the difficult conditions during the war.
Next, you will have time exploring the areas within the tunnel system. Marvel at how the different facilities were built to meet the needs of those staying inside the tunnels – kitchens and bedrooms as well as field hospitals, storage, weapons factories, and command centers.
Moreover, you will also have time exploring many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps built within the complicated tunnels for the purpose of security during the war.

Cao Dai Temple & Cu Chi Tunnels full Day - May 2026
This tour takes you back to the Vietnamese war while also exploring the modern culture and history of the area.
Itinerary:
8:30 am. Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel to depart for Tay Ninh. On arrival, visit Cao Dai Temple which is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few. The religion is a hybrid of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. The Cao Dai Temple at Tay Ninh has been described as a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. The temple’s exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of Buddhist symbols. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side.
After lunch at local restaurant, drive to Cu Chi Tunnels. At its height, the tunnel system stretched over 250km. from Saigon to the Cambodian border and was three levels deep. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centres and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving visitors a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the US – Vietnam War was like.
