For the most part the selected locations were great. The bus were modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend offering smaller group options and/or allowing a group to finish tour together. The constant adding headcount can be difficult as there’s a culture adjustment between groups. At one point I felt crowded. Also, company should consider utilizing hotels within main cities to allow tourists to visit nearby restaurants. All of our hotels were 20/40 minutes from major cities forcing us to eat at the hotel.

This is a very fast paced tour but totally worth it. The drivers and tour guides are amazing They take their job very seriously and they treat everyone with respect. You will need to change bus drivers and guides every few days, depending on your itinerary but the ethics and professionalism of the staff Europamundo has is exceptional my family and I have no complaints. They were all wonderful and new what they were talking about. I booked this trip via my Travel Agency, unsure about Europamundo. However, after my 21-day adventure - Europe : East to West from Lisbon - Prague, with my wife and 12 other friends, from 14.3.24 to 3.4.24, I am so glad that I decided on Europamundo. The daily itinerary was compact, interesting and meaningful. The travel buses were comfortable. The hotels were above expectations. Most of the Guides were very informative, systematic , courteous and helpful, though there were a few mechanical, robotic ones as well. Special mention to Gaby and Raquel for establishing personal rapport, responsibility and meaningful acquaintanceship with all the passengers under their charge. Keep UP the good work and standards

The tour operators George and Eva were fantastic However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him Rest the trip was really lovely and enjoyable

We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year.
