I really enjoyed this trip. It provided the right blend of organisation and flexibility to suit my preferences. All of the hotels were excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. When I needed support, the response was swift. The walking instructions were usually clear and the downloaded GPX files allowed me to double-check when I was unsure. Overall, this was an amazing trip to be introduced to Europe and experience a little bit of everything there. If you are thinking about opting out of a tour service like this and figuring it all out on your own, I would advise against it. There are a lot of cultural and social differences between these countries that a cursory internet search will not make you aware of. The tour guide's guidance is really what allowed us to be safe and not clueless while exploring, and the tour also highlighted a lot of the activities and locations that were actually worth doing. I feel like I truly maximized my time in Europe and did not waste a moment. At this price point, I doubt you would be able to find anything as good. It was truly life-changing, and on the flight back I dreaded coming back home. Also, if you see Kevin Screene as an option for your tour guides, take him. Amazing person and an even better guide.

We loved the bike/barge trip. The countryside in the south of France was beautiful. The crew and guide - Hugo were very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The cabins are not big (an understatement) but they were sufficient as you are actually out all day. The food was better than we expected. My suggestions to make it better: The cycling on the first day around Avignon is too long, on the first day it could be 2 hours shorter. The ride through the Camargue to meet the boat further down river was unnecessary. We could have stayed on the boat and had a bit more of a relax after a 65km ride the day before. We dont agree with the gratuity at the end of the trip. Why is an additional payment required for them doing their job (dont get me wrong , i thought all the crew were brilliant, i just dont agree with gratuities)

The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and cozy. Some in our group didn't love the hotels, but I found them quite comfortable. The transport vehicles were new and comfortable as well. The tour was so meticulously planned.Camile was an incredibly professional and warm guide, and Pierre was a careful driver.
