I recently had the pleasure of touring Beijing with an amazing guide Steven and driver, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had a smooth and wonderful trip to China. Although we only had 8 days, our travel planner, Jovi, expertly arranged our schedule so we could visit our favorite destinations in Zhangjiajie and Jiuzhai Valley. Wow - this was a challenging hike! Not so much the terrain, definitely due to the hot weather. Putting the heat, sweat and fatigue to one side - this hike is unique and rewarding. Along the route there is lots to see and the destination is mind blowing! Our team (Stiwen, Brayan & Pinnochio) were attentive and did everything possible to make this a safe & memorable trip. The side journeys on this itinerary were all worthwhile and enjoyable. It was just the two of us for the duration of this trip and at all times we felt safe and everything ran without a hitch.

Kudos to this tour operator and the staff members, but the lion’s share goes to Omar Gubernati, the managing director of the company. No words could describe and explain how incredibly and amazingly Omar is. He is superb in organizing our private tour in Malta and Sicily. He went beyond my expectations. He made all possible the things I requested. He tailored our tour with different tour guides and drivers everyday, who were all friendly and professionals in their respective chosen profession. I was really fortunate that I booked our trip with the agency. The places we visited were full of history, surrounded with centuries old buildings and fortified walls everywhere in Malta, the country seems the world’s oldest. Our day trip in Sicily is just a wink of an eye. We just drove around, like a hop on and hop off touring style. It should’ve been better if we stayed a day or two. Anyway, we’re glad to see part of Sicily. I highly recommend this company and particularly Omar Gubernati, who deserves 5 stars.

I had an amazing wonderful experience visiting Bhutan with this company over the past week. From the start to the end of the trip, I was very well taken care of by Tsenrig (owner), Kar Chung (guide) & Leki (driver). My itinerary was adapted to my likings (nature, local cultural experience & food) and Maebar delivered well!
Key highlights of the trip include: leisurely walks across the pine forests at Phobjikha Valley & rustic authentic villages, a challenging hike to Tiger's Nest at 4000m high, a unique local hot stone bath & cuisine dinner in a village home, immersing myself in ancient architectures & monastery way of life at Punakha and Rinpung Dzongs hundreds of years old etc.
All hotel lodgings arranged were very comfortable, clean & spacious. The all inclusive food was a good mix of familiar international cuisine, as well as additional local Bhutanese food.
I leave Bhutan with fond memories and appreciation of its unique & rich heritage. Many thanks to Tsenrig, Kar Chung and Leki for a wonderful trip!
Walking the Magna Via Francigena was challenging - many steep hills, mud and rain. They organised everything else so that all we had to do was walk, making the walk much easier. The scenery was stunning.
It was the exact trip I was looking for! Being able to see and enjoy five national parks during one trip with an excellent, experienced, friendly, knowledgeable guide.

My whole team was so adaptable and kind. My guide Spring took me on incredible hiking and cultural journeys with his endless knowledge of history, Buddhism, architecture, animals and nature. Our driver Lahto was amazing at navigating the mountainous roads safely and confidently with added humor. The owner Tsenrig met me for dinner one night because I mentioned I wanted to try a lot of Bhutanese food. All the stops we made were so good and the accommodations were so nice with not a bad meal the whole trip. If you’re still on the fence, get this: I left my coat in a town 2 hours away and got it driven to me in 4 hours later so I didn’t leave without it on my early flight the next morning. Truly not a bad word can be said about this team and their team made my trip one of my favorite traveling experiences I’ve ever had.
