We used them for our first Camino Walk. From start to end everything went smoothly. Two couples, bags transfers, accommodations, transportation where required. We had great information and support from the time we started our contact with them up to the end. We walked 300km+ , it was great to know there were beds at the end of the day and the hotels /motels were all great. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed the service and facilities at Due Torri, the hiking, the help and the community . We paid Bookmundi more for our self guided tour than the travel expert advertises for this same trip. We would like an explanation or refund if possible.
It was a wonderful walk with magnificent scenery and fantastic Medieval Villages many listed by UNESCO. We had no problems with local organisation, everything went like clockwork. We would definitely recommend the walk to anyone considering a sojourn in rural France.Thank you for organizing such a wonderful experience for us.

Explore one of the most fascinating corners of the Dordogne on this varied and flexible, walking, cycling and canoeing holiday. The Perigord Noir, arguably one of the most attractive parts of the Dordogne, is named as such for its rich dark oak and chestnut forests which fill the very heart of this region. The area offers spectacular scenery with ancient chateaux perched high above the rugged cliffs overlooking the entire valley. You'll find mediaeval villages full of character and a plethora of historical sites including the Benedictine Abbaye Sainte-Marie in Souillac, founded during the 12th century and which suffered badly during the Hundred Years' War.
On foot, bike and by canoe, venture through the Perigord experiencing what this picturesque region has to offer. You have total flexibility with the choice of either walking or cycling routes when you're not canoeing. The canoeing is safe and undemanding, and we will give you a lesson in handling your canoe before you set off. Your journey starts in Rocamadour, a spectacular cliff-clinging town and home to one of France's most venerated sites, before moving on to Meyronne, on the banks of the Dordogne. From here you pick up your paddle, canoeing downstream to Souillac and on to Beynac with its hilltop castle, captured by Richard the Lionheart in 1179, finally arriving in medieval Sarlat.

Our tour guide, Youssef, made our trip truly exceptional with his exceptional level of care and assistance. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our well-being throughout our entire journey. When we encountered health issues during our stay, Youssef was there to support us and make sure we received the necessary care. His attentiveness and kindness were truly remarkable, and we cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service.
Apart from the outstanding support from Youssef, the tour itself was an absolute blast. The activities were meticulously planned and provided us with loads of fun and excitement. From exploring beautiful landmarks to engaging in thrilling adventures, every moment was filled with joy and exhilaration. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of organization and attention to detail.
Additionally, our accommodations exceeded our expectations. We were delighted by the quality and comfort of the accommodations provided. It added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation to our trip, allowing us to unwind and recharge after each exciting day of exploration.
Overall, we highly recommend this tour with a perfect 10/10 rating. The exceptional care and assistance from Youssef, coupled with the well-planned activities and fantastic accommodations, made our trip truly unforgettable. However, we would advise avoiding visiting during the summer months when the heat can become overwhelming. This way, you can fully enjoy all the experiences without any discomfort
My husband and I decided to climb Kilimanjaro as part of our honeymoon trip to Tanzania. Our tour operator was absolutely brilliant from the word go! Our team, and especially our guides, Rashid and Osmani, went above and beyond to help us reach the summit. They were so friendly, professional and every detail was taken care of - including providing hot water bottles for our sleeping bags in the cold nights. Our guides were only too happy to show us extra insight about the mountain, as well as teaching us some Swahili! We couldn't have made it to the summit without their help and support. All 7 members of the team (porters, chef, waiter, guides) were keen to meet us and even performed a song for us, which was really moving. Although we spent less time with the porters and chef team, when we did see them they were always smiling and keen to talk to us, and did all their tasks with enthusiasm. The level of customer service we experienced was outstanding and we cant think of anything that could have been improved. We will have amazing memories of this trip, thank you so much!! Embark on a profound pilgrimage that merges the towering grandeur of Mount Everest, the world's highest peak, with the sacred Kora around Mount Kailash. Witness the highland scenery and head to the world's highest peak, Mount Everest via Gyantse, Shigatse, and Tingri. Last but not least, you will reach Mt.Kailash. Kailash in Tibetan means the treasure of the snow-capped mountain. Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, Bon — native religion in Tibet — and Jainism recognize it as the center of the world. This journey transcends physical challenges, offering a transformative experience that connects you deeply with both nature's magnificence and the spiritual essence of these revered mountains.

My name is Beattie, I'm 21, an Australian studying in the US and I just completed a 10 day trek to Gokyo Lakes and Gokyo Ri. I could not stress more how much I enjoyed this trek and how you will definitely not regret a single thing when you book to trek in the everest region! I usually do not write reviews but this trip was so breathtaking that I just had to champion my guide, Dhana, and the agency he works for.
Firstly, I originally booked with a friend. However, she bailed a month from my departure date. I was originally hesitant to go alone but this should definitely not deter you from trekking in the area if this is a fear of yours. Trekking alone has its own spiritual power you cannot get when you trek in a big group. You can walk at your own pace and take breaks whenever you want! Also, you meet so so many amazing people while travelling solo so you're never really alone.
Secondly, my guide DHANA was the most amazing companion to have during the trip. He went above and beyond to make my hike enjoyable and smooth. He was such a sweet man who was great company. His English is close to impeccable and is a great card player! He beat me several times at a card game I taught him on the trek. Moreover, he is very flexible and can adjust your trip to your needs. He genuinely cares about you and wants you to have the best trip possible.
Thirdly, this local tour company based in Kathmandu is great. Chhatra, who I originally emailed after booking, met me when I first arrived in Kathmandu and was very warm and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced at what he does and understands the whole system very well - he will be truthful with you and is someone whose word you can trust. Moreover, this company provided me with numerous benefits I had no idea I was actually going to receive. Every night, my oxygen level and heart rate was checked, I received fruit after every dinner and got a free hat and cap upon arriving in Kathmandu. Definitely an awesome trustworthy company to book with.
Finally, the trek itself was amazing and a trip I'll never forget. I trekked in mid December which actually was such a perfect time. The trails weren't too crowded but still enough people were trekking in order to make friends. The lake was frozen over which was still as stunning as ever regardless. Summiting Gokyo Ri was by far my favorite part of the trip. We trekked it around 2:30pm and arrived at the summit just before sunset which was absolutely incredible. My phone died at the summit because it was so cold but luckily I had a film camera (I would highly recommend bringing a film camera or even a disposable as the cold can kill batteries pretty fast - portable charger is another great idea). In terms of altitude sickness, I was very lucky to not feel the altitude too much. Diamox can be taken if needed but I think if you're young and fit the chances are you don't need to take it.
Some final trips would be: bring chapstick, bring a portable charger, bring a film camera, pack lightly and bring proper hiking socks. Be prepared for potential delays going to and from Lukla as well.
I could not recommend this operator more. I would highly suggest requesting Dhana as your guide as he is not only very knowledgeable about hiking in the Himalayas but is also such a great human as well! I will definitely be back to Nepal.
