Since it was a mixed nationals group very nice our guide was also very punctual very cooperative and informative. Hotel quality inn was not up to mark. No consistency in room facilities like no kettle water bottle or pantry that was little surprising. Overall experience was good.
I liked the use of buses and ferries as transportation to really take in the scenery from these different countries. In addition, I enjoyed the knowledgeable guide, Pedro Repilado.

However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin
He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer
It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him
On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him

Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi. A great way to experience Croatia. However, we feel that some of the optional experiences should be INCLUDED (specifically the lunch at the family-owned winery) and a little more time spent in the STON area would have been nice.

The hotline staff was friendly and helpful. I bought the airport transfer from the Glasgow hotel. The UK transfer service is better than the Paris service. Overall, we enjoy the tour and will come back.
