Overall the trip was wonderful, and the itinerary and the places we visited were excellent. The included castles, boat, waterfalls and other activities were also great. Logistics was arranged perfectly. Some things for Europamundo to consider:
1. Your Spanish guide speaks for 40 minutes, but leaving the English speaking guide only 5 minutes before arriving to a place. This happened more than once, and specifically with Jonatas Chavery. Overall Spanish speaking passengers were a clear priority over English speaking passengers throughout the trip. We are grateful for the English speaking guides that EuropaMundo provided. Please tell the Spanish speaking guides to give EQUAL time in explaining on the bus. Alberto was excellent and translated immediately to English, so that everyone was engaged, and equal time was spent English/Spanish.
2. We are disappointed the EuropaMundo allows babies on the bus, and that babies are allowed to sit at the front instead of at the last seat in the back of the bus. They are annoying to everyone.
3. We had so many tour guides changes and buses that we did not even have a chance to appreciate them with a tip. Some drivers like Lyon – Tournus were very rude to us and complaint about having to lift the suitcases.
4. All buses should have charging capabilities and wifi. Only one bus had wifi
5. Guides should be instructed to have a comfort stop after each 1 ½ hours of travel. It is unreasonable to expect humans to travel 3 plus hours without a comfort stop.
6. The hotels this time were not as good as usually like is Spain. They were all very clean but IBIS was a disappointment and APPARTCITY was just ok. Breakfast was always excellent.
7. To the smoking guides, they should not smoke while they are talking to us and walking with us drop us. As soon as they drop us, they can smoke as much as they want. We do not need or want to inhale their smelly cigarettes. They also come on the bus smelling like an ashtray.
8. Comments concerning special locations: It was not enough al all 1 hour at Savigny Castle. We were not able to see the magnificent collections. Would be better to allow 1 ½ hours and remove that time from Beaune. You can also remove completely Freiburg and allow more time in Strasbourg or in Triberg. We never got to see Baden Baden or Marseille, we only slept there. Marseille hotel was excellent.
Overall this is my third trip with EuropaMundo and I hope to travel again without babies.

My trip to the Azores was fantastic! We saw so much in a short period of time and enjoyed a variety of activities. Our leader, Vera, was outstanding. She was very organized, friendly, fun, and thoughtful. Vera helped create a cohesive and congenial group.

One of the standout aspects of the Spain and Magical Morocco tour was the deep cultural immersion into both Spanish and Moroccan life. The inclusion of iconic and historically rich sites such as the Alhambra in Granada, the medieval Medina of Fes, and the stunning Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca allowed for a profound connection to the historical and architectural grandeur of these regions.
Additionally, the live cultural performances, particularly the authentic flamenco show in Granada and the option to witness the traditional Bereber Fantasy show in Marrakech, added an extra layer of cultural richness. These performances not only entertained but also offered a deeper understanding and appreciation of the local customs and artistic expressions.
Overall, the integration of these cultural elements within the tours itinerary was the most enjoyable and enriching part, providing a vibrant tapestry of experiences that highlighted the unique cultural identities of Spain and Morocco.
I have just got home from my cycle holiday in the Loire. It exceeded my expectations. The guide Pierre, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bikes were good. The cycle paths were all excellent, a few quiet roads, I did not feel nervous or over challenged. There was variety and plenty of visits to Chateau’s, vineyards and wine tasting. The picnic lunches were all very French, which is all part of the experience, and Thomas made wonderful choices of where we had them. The level of cycling was accurate. The distances were comfortable. I will certainly be looking for my next trip with Exodus.

First of all, me and my husband wish to thank our travel agency here in the United States. Delia, from OK Travel is amazing Very efficient, prepared all the documents we needed for every trips we had; confirmed all accommodations before our trip. It was tough in the beginning as different passengers are only concerned about their individual needs and questions. Some of them had not been on time boarding and returning to the bus. English groups were mixed in with groups speaking different languages Spanish, Puertoricans, Portuguese Frances and it’s really hard to understand the details of the daily schedule. Most of the time the English translation is shortened due to the other passengers’ many questions. So by the time it gets to us, we’re already arriving to the destinations. But after few days, eventually we were separated and had our own transportation bus with English tour guides. Thank goodness as it was exhausting dealing with those needy passengers. Seriously Felt bad for the tour guides. Although I could honestly say that all our tour guides were very pleasant, accommodating, and made sure our group is clear with instructions. My husband and myself really appreciated all the tour guides we had namely Beatriz, Jessica, Cian, and Ayla. They were all wonderful, kind-hearted, hardworking, and really cared for all the passengers. They made sure all details about the daily schedule including transfers and connecting trips. Double checked on accommodations, airport transfer, etc., for each individual passengers.
I was injured on my second day during this trip. They all made sure I was comfortable and checked if I needed anything. Beatrice even offered to take me to the doctor or hospital. I really admired all of your tour guides.
On the last day of our tour in London, we were mixed in again with another multi-languages group. The bus came from another hotel picked up our group at our hotel in the morning. But they could not drop us off in the evening back to our hotel. Franck, our tour guide, was kind enough to call an Uber for us free of charge.
BTW, would also like to mention the drivers of our airport transfers arrival and departure were both punctual and pleasant. Both of them arrived earlier than our scheduled time. Thank you for contracting with dependable transport.
Overall, this tour was really nice and would recommend it. I just wished the Windsor Palace inside tour was included in the package. Didn’t have enough time to tour inside.
