Overall, my Europamundo experience and the 15-day Beautiful Europe tour was memorable. Accompanied and cared for by excellent tour guides, Gabriela, Maria Montserrat and Julio Magyar, the journey all over central and southern Europe made each day something to look forward to, despite the cold weather and occasional rains. I absolutely loved this tour and how much I learned! I cannot pick one moment as there were so many incredible moments on this trip! From seeing the sites in Rome to the coast of Amalfi, I loved seeing every second of it. Thank you Collette!
If you can, take an extra day at each end of the trip. Everyone in my group loved both Prague and Budapest! Could’ve spent a week in each city on this trip, but we saw the highlights and had a variety of experiences that made it definitely worthwhile.
TD and driver were so much fun and made our trip even better.
Overall satisfied. Guide Betina Wenziner was very good. The hotel room in Stockholm Quality Globe where we had to stay 2 days was less than average although service and breakfast was good.
There should be a rotational system of seat allocation in the bus that changes everyday.

Clever to schedule Paris tours on the weekend when there is less traffic. The long bus rides were nicely paced to include good rest stops and small villages to walk about. Happy to discover Lyon, Nice and Avignon.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure.
I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. She believes on the theory SHOW MUST GO ON
