The tour was excellent. Sonny was an incredible driver, prompt, friendly and kind. Our tour guide, Callum 'Blinky' Pyper, was full of historical and local knowledge, friendly, patient and kind. Both took very good care of us. We enjoyed all the excursions as they allowed for a bit more interaction with the local cultures.

Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Bring long bus days and not able to use the toilets on the buses whilst travelling with children was very inconvenient. Having stops of only 20 mins at the Berlin Wall then going on to have hours in places of nil importance was disappointing. Overall it was s good trip.

We bought the Paris airport transfer service. The customer checklist stated to look for Europamundo placard. When we arrived, we were unable to locate the driver with the placard. The hotline also told us to look for the placard. In fact, the driver was using his phone to display my name, no placard. Next time, please state either Europamundo sign or passenger name.

Only negative was not enough time spent in eiffel tower and imperial forum. Sylvia eva and raiid are wonderful tour guide. By the way our son had multiple insect bites in legs..arm and body after we stayed in Pissana Rome hotel. They have old carpet. And The hotel is very far from the center.
