    Traveling solo can be overwhelming, but the team made me feel safe, seen, and taken care of throughout the 9 days. Every detail was handled with care, from airport pickup to checking in at luxury hotels and the cruise. My guide, Hany, was simply the best. He had a deep understanding of Egypt’s history, answered all questions with enthusiasm, and shared local insights you won’t find in books. The trip felt intimate and real, especially in Nubia and Abu Simbel where we connected with locals. The Nile cruise was peaceful and elegant, the food was fresh and delicious, with options for vegetarians too. Staff were warm and generous, always offering help with a smile. I left Egypt not just with beautiful memories, but with a sense of connection. This wasn’t a cookie cutter tour, it was crafted with heart.

    We spent 9 days covering a majority of the county of Egypt and touched on all of the major sites. Plus so many other things in between. Our guide, George Basher, was excellent. The itinerary was very organized as well. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone, especially if George is their tour leader.

    It is truly a wonderful experience, but at the same time a truly "educational one"! Our tour director, was exceptional not wasting a moment of any day, pointing out the very significant points of interests, at the same time, taking every part of this significant history in a chronological order. The accomodations and service, both on the boat and in the hotel were five start plus, since we live in the Palm Beaches and use to up-scale adventure, made the "Breakers", look like an outhouse.....need I say more! The value vs the price were evenly matched. As for shopping, once again, significant shops were selected to include, spice, perfumes, and of course jewelry. At the same time educationing you on their wares and how they are used. Like INSIGHT always does, is taking you inside the home of a residemt and demonstrates their current life style and habits, only in this example, demonstrated how bread was made not only for their family, but the entire neighborhood. This trip will certainly standout from most, due to education we received from the extraordinary adventure. Thanks again, and

    Excellent trip overall. Itinerary was full on, varied and interesting. Some days were perhaps too full and one visit could have been better the day after ( say). Mohamed or guide was excellent. His explanations were VERY detailed and perhaps more of an overview would suffice for those of us who were not keen Egyptologists! He looked after us very well though. The Old Cataract Hotel is a must but we organised that ourselves.

    This was one of the most incredible trips I've ever been on. *personal info removed by Feefo* was a fabulous tour manager and made the trip so entertaining and informative. It was very fast paced and I had not much sleep but it was worth it for all of the wonderful sites we saw and experiences we had. The luxury cruise boat was a highlight with all of its amenities, as were all of the temples we visited. Included meals were fine but we bought snacks to make up for any food we didn't like. Our group was a large one but pretty much everyone got on well together and had a blast. I would have loved an extra day in Hurghada to explore the town as we arrived at night and left at 7.30am so didn't get time to explore. Perhaps if the first day didn't start at 7pm (as Day 1 doesn't really count as a day since it's just a registration meeting) and was an afternoon of exploring Cairo that might have made room for more time somewhere else at the other end. Definitely take imodium tablets with you as over half of the group got sick throughout the week. Overall the whole week was amazing. I've made some friends for life and was so sad to leave at the end.
