Hotel Albatros in Venice was the worst. Disorganized check in, room small cramped and smelled bad. Extremely small shower with inability to get warm water. It was either hot or cold. And water middle the floor less than a minute after the shower was turned on. This hotel should 1 and taken off your list of hotels.

Just completed 21 days Europe : East to West with 13 other friends. An awesome trip. A little hectic, with lots of walking; however fully worth the walks and the money. Continue to Switzerland and enjoy beautiful lakes and mountains with snowcapped peaks on your way to Zurich. Your journey continues in Rome, the ancient Capital of Italy, and get to know about its history on a panoramic tour and in the Trastevere area. You will also visit St. Peter’s Basilica in the heart of Vatican City and the impressive Roman Coliseum. Our tour was generally comprehensive and covered many places at a time. Our tour guides specifically, Maria Navarro and Israel Camarena are exceptional and truly embody great personalities and characteristics of someone who are given responsibilities to take care of people who are new to a certain place. They make sure we knew what to expect, were very informative about places to see and food to try etc. They are accountable and show respect to each individual in our group. I love the fact that we developed camaraderie because of the enjoyable and non stressful environment nurtured during our whole trip. My only complaint and so with the other folks in my group was the accommodation in Paris by Novotel Bagnolet. They lacked staff to take care of a really full hotel, lacked good service and had bad food. One bad experience in one city can really dampen the vacation spirit. It would also be good to add more time in Belgium and cut down on Paris or Amsterdam probably.

The trip provided me with a great introduction to the Baltics. The tour guides were great and made me feel like an individual rather than just another number, tailoring the information provided to my interests as well as being knowledgeable about the countries, towns and attractions visited.

We saw a lot on the trip. The itinerary gave a good taste of Prague, Germany and Amsterdam. This gave us an idea of where we would like to return for a longer visit. Our guide and driver were excellent and the bus was new, so very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a large, loud group on board who did not feel the need to listen to the guide. This made it difficult for others to hear her and get the information she was giving us throughout the tour. The hotels were located a long way from the tourist areas so did not make it easy to get around on your own if you chose to do so. The hotels, while not 5 star, were very clean and had decent amenities. We only had breakfast and they were pretty good, some better than others.
Provision of English speaking guides. I always felt informed of plans ahead of time. Guides, especially Joanna and ojib were very professional but kind and friendly.
