A ferry ride on the English Channel will take you to London to explore the city and its attractions such as the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Moving forward, get the opportunity to spend quality time in the capital of Holland. Amsterdam is also known as the Garden of Europe, Keukenhof, one of the most famous tulip and flower gardens in Europe. You can also experience a panoramic city tour to see its narrow canals and beautiful parks. Continue your tour with a guided visit to Germany’s incredible capital, Berlin. Guides were inconsistent.... Some were very good and took personal interest... Some also knew their history well.. A special mention of Julio Magyar.. He did an excellent job of giving us a backdrop... Mariano too... Hotels were not always upto standard especially innsbruck Allen the breakfast of which was very basic.. Too long bus rides.. Should have kept trains for the longer trips.. My legs were swollen... Guides shd be with us much more... Some disappeared..

I left my KIPLING hand carry bag in the bus while we were in PRAGUE. We werent informed that they will change bus. So a different bus came to pick us up to bring us to the hotel. We informed Marcia our travel guide about my bag the bag of my seatmate. Marcia said she called your office and will coordinate with the bus operator. She even promised to call us for updates which she never did. I am just sad that no effort was done to find our bags.

Coming back to the hotels : Best part is in every single hotel my room was near the elevator because I am traveling with a child this was thoughtful-love it. Most of the hotels were nice, breakfast was adequate, meals were fine as well where they were included. No issues, no complaints
Regarding the tour bus - the small bus was fine for 20 odd people and drivers were excellent and did a wonderful job, if possible please add free WIFI on the bus
Regarding the tour guides Eng speaking only - Most of them were alright but as a traveller, I expect them to talk more about the countries we were passing thru. Yes, the gap was filled by the local city guides however time is short and we are on the bus driving long distances so info can be filled. They should be provided with matter that the guides can then talk to us about. I find a huge gap in the knowledge level of spanish guides versus english guides on the tour
Europamundo app on my phone : Since my trip in 2022, the app has been upgraded and I see watsap contacts of transfers with 3rd party contractors which is really helpful
