Although all the tour guides were excellent, special mention must be made of Ken Estevez who went over an above his call of duty to assist us with various aspects of the tour. His knowledge of Japan, its culture and religious belief systems is highly commendable. Both David and Pablo were incredible guides. They both had extensive knowledge of the places we went to and they also allowed us to explore by ourselves and gave us time to take photos. When we reached Tokyo, no one from Europamundo came to receive us. After about 1.5hrs. someone came took us to the Hotel in public Transport we dragged our bags. All 3 of us are senior citizens. Evening next day we were taken around Tokyo in a public transport. Very tiring. We need to be compensated as we had paid for a private tour. The visit to the Imperial Palace grounds in TOKYO KYOTO is waste of time as the Palaces are closed we just walk in the grounds - nothing to see. The itinerary gave us no free time. The Guides - all of them were superb very helpful.

We had a fantastic driver who took us to the places we wanted to visit. He was very accommodating and was always ready for us with ice cold water! He directed us to the local guides at each site and his choices were always perfect. One member of our small group (4) had a problem walking and the driver was sure to take that into consideration at every stop. The price was more than reasonable.
