Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.

Led by a highly experienced safari guide, who knows all the best animal-watching spots, you’ll scour the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater for lions, leopards and wildebeest, watch elephants in Tarangire, meet hunter-gather tribes, interact with the Masai people and visit the ‘cradle of humankind’. And for the ultimate safari experience, we spend two nights camping in the Serengeti plains.
Over six incredible days, you’ll safari through the legendary Serengeti and soak up Tanzanian culture on a village walk. Next, you’ll switch up the view, float above the plains in a hot air balloon and wander the treetops at Lake Manyara. And you’ll even head out on a night safari to spot big cats on the prowl. It’s one epic sight after another.
Six days. Three national parks. Endless adventure - get ready to see the very best of Kenya. You’ll chase the Big 5 on game drives, then crank up the thrill with mountain biking, white-water rafting, and zip-lining. Float above the plains in a hot air balloon, then connect with local culture in a Maasai village. Unforgettable is an understatement.
The trip was absolutely incredible :-) Our leader Ruben was amazing and helped us find all the animals we could only even dream of! Joshua the Trip leader was a star too! Chefs at the restaurants catered for me individually which was incredible and very much appreciated as I am lactose intolerant! All the Kenyan's were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Thank you this trip will always be remembered!!!!
This trip was amazing - from the accommodation, to the food, to the hotel staff and guides to the huge abundance of wildlife we saw.
The Masai Mara lived up to expectations, with the magical wildlife encounters - including watching a leopard drag her recent kill to a tree and seeing a cheetah carrying her tiny cub to an area of safety. Seeing so many lions also made me very happy!
Tsavo had less easily seen wildlife, but staying at the wonderful Kipalo Hills more than compensated. What a wonderful place to relax and just enjoy the peace and quiet.
Kenya's week-long safari adventure was an unforgettable journey, taking us from the breathtaking elephant herds of Amboseli National Park beneath Mount Kilimanjaro, to serene early-morning boat rides among hippos on Lake Naivasha, and the vibrant birdlife of Lake Nakuru, where hundreds of species filled the skies. It concluded with the wildlife-rich plains of the Masai Mara, where we encountered lions, rhinos, giraffes, and zebras in their natural habitat. Each moment was seamlessly organised, our guides were expert in all areas, covering topics on not only the animals in the parks, but welcoming us into the essence and culture of Kenya as a country, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in all that Kenya had to offer - it's beauty and wildlife while experiencing the peace and wonder of Africa’s landscapes—a truly inspiring and transformative adventure.
