Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.

This 14-day Tanzania Safari in Style package was one of the best experiences of our lives. The journey begins in Arusha, and each destination is a different story. When a huge lion walked past us through the car window in Serengeti, it really felt like we were inside a scene from a documentary. Our guide was very knowledgeable and sincere. He not only showed us the wildlife but also introduced us to the Maasai culture. The view from top was stunning and the game drive within the crater area was breathtaking. One of the highlights is for sure the black rhinos, and we saw in total eight, although from certain distance. Amazing experience!
Overall, great experience. Brian has been extremely helpful in tailoring the itinerary for the safari and has assisted us all along the process.
Our guide, Henry, was always on time and truly did his best to show us all the possible animals within the visited parks. We've had nice lunches (with juice and wine) during the 7 days of Safari and the car was always sparkling clean in the morning when our guide was picking us up :)
Our safari was followed by a beach holiday in Zanzibar : Brian has arranged a pick-up at the airport for us. The hotel (Z hotel in Nungwi) was also great and the honeymoon package made our holiday unforgettable.
The safari is a magical experience everyone should have in a lifetime.

We were not disappointed and every single day was incredible, which we will remember for the rest of our lives! From out tour manager in Arusha office, who was very responsive over the course of our research on the operators to our guide and the driver - everything was impeccably organised, we wouldn’t change a thing.
The chosen lodges, selected routes, responsiveness to action or drive where needed, time estimation, food and patience as well as respect to all humans as well as animals left us speechless. We saw everything we wanted to see. Next time I would like to experience more village life. The tour was very well set up and it was fun. We had a very good driver. Adrian he was very personal, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and a great driver.

Firstly, why have we decided to go on Safari with your company.
Friendly and prompt communication with Steve, flexibility and willingness to meet our needs and kind of gut feeling ;)
Booking process was very easy and at the end we put a trust in Steve and sent 75% of the payment - we were travelling to Zanzibar before and we did not want to carry that much cash.
My 2 friends and I, we went for 9 days safari with following itinerary: Tanzania starting in Arusha - Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara with walk, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Empakai Crater, Kenya - Amboseli with walk. We had amazing guides, I could not wish for better company, we had a lot of fun and I learnt so much about animal, Masai culture and life of African people. In Tanzania our guide was Godlove Goodluck and in Kenya - Onesmus. We had also cook named Alifa - cooking is really his passion and food was tasty. Much better than in any African restaurant we had been :D
Everything was organized and yeah, sure, things did go sideway, as our car got broken, but what I appreciate is how the things were handled and what Steve did to make sure our trip is untouched (new car was sent, meantime rescue car camet to not lose any game drive etc). And to make it up Steve made us amazing surprise. We were flying out of Nairobi at 6 am so he arranged for us home stay at lovely Kenyan family. We had wonderful last night in Africa with his friends. We could not wish for more. Ah, one more great surprise from Steve! We had budget safari with basic accommodation to keep cost as lower as possible, and is like Steve would know us better, he booked for our last 2 nights amazing lodge with swimming pool and view on Kilimanjaro. After diving and 9 days in the car on bumpy roads this was like a dream!
I can honestly recommend Steve and his team for organization of your Safari. Steve - thank you so much for amazing experience and providing us great guides, this made all difference.
