Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.

This 14-day Tanzania Safari in Style package was one of the best experiences of our lives. The journey begins in Arusha, and each destination is a different story. When a huge lion walked past us through the car window in Serengeti, it really felt like we were inside a scene from a documentary. Our guide was very knowledgeable and sincere. He not only showed us the wildlife but also introduced us to the Maasai culture. At the end of the day, returning to the luxurious lodge and sitting with a cup of coffee at sunset - those moments cannot be expressed in words. The view from top was stunning and the game drive within the crater area was breathtaking. One of the highlights is for sure the black rhinos, and we saw in total eight, although from certain distance. Amazing experience!
Overall, great experience. Brian has been extremely helpful in tailoring the itinerary for the safari and has assisted us all along the process.
Our guide, Henry, was always on time and truly did his best to show us all the possible animals within the visited parks. We've had nice lunches (with juice and wine) during the 7 days of Safari and the car was always sparkling clean in the morning when our guide was picking us up :)
Our safari was followed by a beach holiday in Zanzibar : Brian has arranged a pick-up at the airport for us. The hotel (Z hotel in Nungwi) was also great and the honeymoon package made our holiday unforgettable.
The safari is a magical experience everyone should have in a lifetime.

We were not disappointed and every single day was incredible, which we will remember for the rest of our lives! From out tour manager in Arusha office, who was very responsive over the course of our research on the operators to our guide and the driver - everything was impeccably organised, we wouldn’t change a thing.

We saw everything we wanted to see. Next time I would like to experience more village life. The tour was very well set up and it was fun. We had a very good driver. Adrian he was very personal, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and a great driver.

I and a few of my university friends took part in this 7-day tour, and the experience was mind-blowing! Going out on a game drive in the morning, I heard the roar of the lions in the savannah as the sun rose, saw the hunting of cheetahs in the afternoon, and sat by the campfire at night and talked under the sky full of them. The travel team arranged everything so nicely for us that we never felt bored or tired. Especially in the Serengeti, seeing the wildebeest migration in front of the eyes - that roar, that tremor, that race - still rings in the ears. The guide was lively and knew where to go to get the best view. It wasn't just the safari; it was pure adventure, pure fun for us. If you're young and hungry for adventure, this is the place for you.

I went on safari in Africa for the first time in my life, and I feel like-why didn't I come here sooner! During the first few days of the game drive, our guide showed us animals that we didn't even know we were looking for. Lions, cheetahs, and rhinos - I have seen them all, and every time the guide has made the place more alive with funny stories. When I arrived in Zanzibar, I felt like I was in a different world - white sand beaches, clear blue water, and sunsets. Friendly and prompt communication with Steve, flexibility and willingness to meet our needs and kind of gut feeling ;)
Booking process was very easy and at the end we put a trust in Steve and sent 75% of the payment - we were travelling to Zanzibar before and we did not want to carry that much cash.
My 2 friends and I, we went for 9 days safari with following itinerary: Tanzania starting in Arusha - Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara with walk, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Empakai Crater, Kenya - Amboseli with walk. We had amazing guides, I could not wish for better company, we had a lot of fun and I learnt so much about animal, Masai culture and life of African people. In Tanzania our guide was Godlove Goodluck and in Kenya - Onesmus. We had also cook named Alifa - cooking is really his passion and food was tasty. Much better than in any African restaurant we had been :D
Everything was organized and yeah, sure, things did go sideway, as our car got broken, but what I appreciate is how the things were handled and what Steve did to make sure our trip is untouched (new car was sent, meantime rescue car camet to not lose any game drive etc). And to make it up Steve made us amazing surprise. We were flying out of Nairobi at 6 am so he arranged for us home stay at lovely Kenyan family. We had wonderful last night in Africa with his friends. We could not wish for more. Ah, one more great surprise from Steve! We had budget safari with basic accommodation to keep cost as lower as possible, and is like Steve would know us better, he booked for our last 2 nights amazing lodge with swimming pool and view on Kilimanjaro. After diving and 9 days in the car on bumpy roads this was like a dream!
