Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.

The trip was absolutely incredible :-) Our leader Ruben was amazing and helped us find all the animals we could only even dream of! Joshua the Trip leader was a star too! Chefs at the restaurants catered for me individually which was incredible and very much appreciated as I am lactose intolerant! All the Kenyan's were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us!
