In a personal note, tour guides should have an etiquette list to share with the passengers. For example common things like stop talking when the tour guide is giving instructions. If there is a family together dont cut them in the lines to het in/out of the bus, be on time for department, be kind with other passengers when reclining your chairs, etc. These may seem common sense but sharing this will help everyone be aligned and make the experience great for everyone.
