The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.

The tour guide Julio is good in explaining the itinerary and who will be the next tour guide that will take over. The hotel in Vienna is good, the Hungary hotel is OK but our son got a smoking room. The hotel in Prague is good but took long to checkin. Hotel in Germany was not good we have to complain because our children got small room for two people. We have to ask to change it to a room with 3 occupancy.
Our guide, Mr Hakam was very knowledgeable and friendly. He conducted the tour beautifully and to our entire satisfaction.
However, what was most disappointing was the attitude of Mr Tamer. He was arrogant and rude. As an end user, I was not shared any contract agreement which said that if I did not use the optional tour, I will not be dropped back to the hotel in Istanbul. I felt cheated on this part. How can you leave your guests in the middle of the city and not drop them back at the hotel? It was clear that Europamundo was cheating and forcing us to buy an optional package if we wanted to be dropped to the hotel. Very sad and not expected.
IT WAS VERY NICE, VISITED MANY PLACES IN A SHORT TIME AND ENJOYED THE VIEW OF THE LANDSCAPES OF ITALY AND SWITZELAND. THE TOUR GUIDE AND THE DRIVER WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
We saw so much of Europe and it was wonderful. A couple of more days in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria would have added so much. My wife and I still enjoyed this trip enormously.
