Spotlight on New York City

Loved the whole trip!! The tour hit all the major attractions plus more!! Loved the dinner in Greenwich Village. Our guide was fantastic as we walked through the streets. We saw two Broadway shows which were my favorite!! The hotel was right in the middle of the downtown area so we could walk anywhere - Central Park, Times Square, the Met, etc. I stayed extra days to spend more time in the museums and art galleries. Needless to say, I want to go back!! :) Much more to see!

Amy McMahon was the excellent tour. To be honest, my most memorable event was what I did in my free time. I'm into American History and I visited the Home of Alexander Hamilton. I also went to Trinity Church and visited his grave. Had I had more time, I would have gone to Grant's tomb. The theatre production I would have chosen would have been Hamilton. What we did see with the guide was excellent. I think two more days of more tours would have worked for me. Thank you.

Billy was a great tour guide. The excursions and restaurants were very enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable enough, but they need more help at breakfast and in the lobby food space. It took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and they opened the bar too late and closed too early.

Lily went above and beyond to resolve a problem we encountered. Collette demonstrated their commitment to customer service in the resolution. The only recommendation for improvement would be meals: facilities, selection of menus and accommodating substitutions with the understanding the the client eould be responsivle for any additional cists incured by these substituions.

This was my first experience with Colette tours, and I will definitely be booking another tour with them. Every aspect of this trip was done, planned perfectly, with no hidden expenses. All a person had to do, literally, was show up . There was never any question or confusion as to where to go, when to be there, Etc. The variety of things we did and saw was very interesting and planned very well. Never felt rushed, yet still had some down time, just enough to not start to wonder what to do. All of the included meals were excellent . Any tour guides, drivers we had were very knowledgeable, down to earth, very likable, making sure all travelers could hear as any tours moved along, via the earbuds sound system. This was really nice, because even if you were way ahead everyone or way behind everyone, you could still hear what the tour guide was saying, making it possible for everyone to move at their own pace. Regarding our accommodations, the location was perfect. Not much room to move around in the room itself, but not a big issue; we were not in our room much anyway. It would be nice if, in the lobby area, there would be complimentary water and coffee or, at least, a bubbler or place to fill up water bottle. Can't say enough about Colette tours. Even prior to booking, there is full disclosure/video of exactly what you will be doing, what you will be seeing, where you'll be staying, how you'll be getting around, what is and/or isn't l included in the price. Looking forward to my next vacation with Colette Tours.
