My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our recent Expat explore tour "Europe Escape", from 01 - 12 Dec 2024. The tour started and ended in Rome, we were given a good appreciation of both the City and quaint little town along the route which took us to Venice, Tuscany, Florence, Múnich, Rhine Valley, Ámsterdam, Ghent, Paris, Burgandy, Beaune, Montmatre, Lake Como, Rome, the Swiss Alps!!
Oh wow! This was such an amazing trip! Our guide, Roma was so knowledgeable and made it even more exciting with her bubbly personality, and our bus driver, Ishti made us feel so safe on the roads...they were truly awesome! I know that keeping a large group together is no easy feat, but they made us feel like family. They shared very helpful tips about the local places, information that you would not normally know as a tourist. Oh! and we were given these cute little passports and stamps to mark the places as we visited them through the tour...this was a really great idea!

The trip was just wonderful. Our tour guide, Darius, was the best, kept us informed and was super helpful at all the locations we visited. Our driver, Pascal, was also pretty awesome, got us around safely and with good humor. Our group was the coolest, couldn't have asked to travel with better people. Everyone had a great time. I would travel again with Darius, he was fun and funny and knew all the best places. Loved the Expat tour, would do it again.
It was a well-packed tour of Great Britain! The highlights were amazing, especially Edinburgh! Would highly recommend EXPAT and will be going again with EXPAT soon.
Italy was a fantastic trip for us. Wonderful fellow travelers and a first-rate guide. We were able to see and do things that would not have been easily accessible to a large group or individuals, and it was a fantastic balance between structure and free time. Strongly advised
We had the most incredible time on our 13 day Best of UK and Ireland Tour! We hadn't been on a bus tour before and were unsure about having to move most days and spend a lot of time travelling on a bus. As it turned out it was not an issue being packed up most mornings and we loved being on the bus...it was just one huge, amazing adventure! Our Tour Leader Luke, related so well to people from all around the world of different ages with a sense of fun. The information and stories he shared enhanced our trip enormously; we learnt so much, things we would have never known if we were travelling on our own. He was a wealth of knowledge and his engagement with everyone and organisational skills were next level! There was a very friendly vibe on the tour and it was fantastic chatting with people from other countries or other parts of Australia. The Expat Explore European Highlights tour in November 2024 was incredible! Every destination, from Venice's canals to Rome's ancient landmarks and Florence's Renaissance charm, was perfectly curated. The guides were knowledgeable, the itinerary seamless, and the autumn scenery breathtaking. Accommodations were comfortable, and the group dynamic made the trip even more special. The BEST………compared with other offered by different companies. Coming to Bergen bordering the scenic west cost after “jumping” by ferry from Denmark, was a beautiful experience!
It was a tour showcasing the diverse beauty of Turkey's cities. The hotels we stayed in were really comfortable and had a great atmosphere. The guides spoke great English and had a lot of knowledge about the places we visited. The tour provided reliable and convenient transportation. Our driver, Mehmet, was clearly passionate about his work and did an excellent job.
I had the pleasure of having Meg as our tour guide during our trip to Japan, and she truly made the experience unforgettable.
