* Bottom line - our Travel Guide () and Driver () MADE THE TOUR an amazing experience for my wife and me. They were great, fun, informative, patient, flexible, always accessible. Best we have ever had.
*An area for improvement - require your door-to-door car service to and from airport to have verbal communication with your travel client to discuss names, phone numbers, location and timing together the DAY BEFORE PICK-UP. We never knew for sure that anyone was going to be at our house at 5:00 AM day of departure until 20 minutes before pick-up time. Very nerve-racking and absolutely
unprofessional.
