Ive just finished the 13 day tour in Thailand with the wonderful team leader Molly!! This trip has honestly been the best thing I have done in life, its been absolutely amazing!! each day was truly jaw dropping, we done some absolutely amazing things! Molly has been such a pleasure to have as a team leader, she is so nice and makes you feel so relaxed from the minute you get off the plane until you get back on! Im already planning another trip with Intro cannot wait to go back! Would recommend anyone of any age! Suitable for all! ˜˜
Overall, I was truly impressed by how earth and human conscious G Adventures is. This unique focus really sets your program apart from others and makes me proud to support you now and in the future. I had the pleasure of joining my first G adventure group, accompanied by such a wonderful group of people and an excellent CEO Min and incredible local guides: Jill, Addi and Seng. Earth and human-centered tourism are often afterthoughts, so it was a pleasant surprise to see these values woven seamlessly throughout the trip, from the villages we visited to the local restaurants we supported. I truly enjoyed my experience with GAdventures. The SouthEast Asia encompassed tour was a great way to see the highlights of 4 different countries. It was a great opportunity to truly experience each culture and give back to the communities. The tour leader really makes the experience as positive as it was. It wouldn’t be the same without Chen!

Our family of four had the best time! This was the first trip out of the country for our two teens and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience – for all of us. Our guide, Zam, was organized, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny. We really appreciated his expertise and how well he helped us navigate many different places and spaces. Our group included another family with teens and people from around the world who quickly became friends. We really liked the pacing of this tour -- a couple of days in each island -- and the flexibility on some of the days to do things with just our family instead of being locked into a very tight itinerary with the group. We added on a couple of days to see Bangkok outside of this island tour and I think that is a must-do for anyone visiting Thailand. Our favorite parts of the trip were snorkeling in the islands, hiking up to see the views in Ang Thong park, beach massages, and eating fresh and delicious Thai food.

Even though I was the only person on this trip, I cannot thank Explore highly enough for the excellent liaison with the local partners to ensure I had a safe and seamless trip. Although most days were spent in Cambodia, it was interesting having some time in Thailand and Vietnam as well. I would highly recommend this trip.

This trip was made extraordinary by two absolutely outstanding guides, one in Cambodia (Sokchea) one in Vietnam (Truong). Their knowledge, communication skills, good humour, organisational skills and sheer passion for what they do was incredible. We arranged additional tours with our guides, and being able to depend on them for taking care of every detail, from supporting with transport arrangements, recommending and taking us to great local restaurants and evening shows, sometimes joining us for fun, ensuring that our access to sites of interest was smooth and hassle-free, whilst providing a fascinating and insightful perspective on history, culture and lifestyle. In Vietnam, Truong is an incredible asset to Explore: he went above and beyond his remit every day to ensure that everyone in our group had the best, most enjoyable experience. This was priceless, his energy and enthusiasm, and superb social skills ensured that this was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. We learned so much, and genuinely shared laughter, food and good company. This Explore trip, due to the local guides, and wonderful company of our small group, totally exceeded our expectations.
Having a small group of 5, meant that we were able to get to know each other along the way too, and shared a lot of fun. We hugely enjoyed our “Happy Team” and hope we’ve made some new friends too.
Hotels were mostly great, some more basic but overall good, clean standards. Some excelled, like Cat Ba Paradise Hotel; only one was quite disappointing and a bit frustrating in their really inefficient check-in processes, Trang Hotel in Bangkok, which wasn’t helpful after long-haul journey. Otherwise, good accommodation and friendly helpful staff along the way.
