This is a fast pace tour so we've seen many points of interests in 11 counties in 14 days. It was well organized and learned some of the countries history, which was very nice. Pascal is such a caring person and excellent driver. He always have that beautiful smile and warm hello whenever he sees you even though he worked for many long hours. Other than the ease of the entire trip, our fantastic guide Rafael, the amazing locations and itinerary, the five star nightly accommodations, … the best part was being able to spend the trip with my son without a worry as everything was done for us. I, however, need to elaborate a little about our guide. Rafael had to speak 4 different languages on our trip and he was always making certain everyone on the bus was addressed correctly and all their questions were answered. He was alarmed when a guest went missing and worked feverishly to locate her without interrupting the rest of our tour day.
