"This tour company organized my 10-day trip in India, which included visits through Delhi, Agra with the Taj Mahal, Ranthambore for a safari, Jaipur, and Varanasi. Overall, this felt like a perfect introduction to India, with each city offering completely different experiences in a concise manner. In addition, the tour operator offered additional options in each city that further tailored the experience based on individual preferences. Just a great, organized set-up where it felt that you were able to enjoy the cultural experience - while at the same time having the appropriate amount of time to refresh/reset for a holiday. The value/cost of the tour - from service, experience, hotels, etc - was great.
The entire tour was very well set-up from start to finish, and could not have been more happy with the entire experience. In every instance, there are experienced individuals to assist you in every aspect of the visit to avoid any confusion or lost time - from pick-up at the airport to private drivers to reputable tour guides. The private driver throughout the tour was a great, kind individual and felt very safe throughout the trip. Further, the tour guides selected by the tour operator were great. You could tell that this company had developed a very good niche in the market over time with hiring/selecting these individuals, given their vast experience and knowledge; in addition to their desire to answer all questions and hold good dialogue and conversation throughout the tour (everyone spoke very good English for Westerners).
Finally, the main contact points organizing and managing the trip were exceptional. They always available for any further assistance (even calling my upon arrival) - which all added to the personal touch of the experience. Also, in my case, I actually forgot some personal items on my trip back to India and they assisted with shipping back to me. You can very much tell that these individuals made huge efforts throughout to make the most out of this unbelievable experience. The guide was really knowledgeable and was able to tell us about the history of all the places we visited. The itinerary was good and we were able to see many sights and places that we would not normally see if we had booked on our own. The bus was also super comfortable and the driver was helpful and excellent on the road. The hotels that we stayed in were 4 stars and I would highly recommend this tour

The organisation of our tour by Mandy Zhu was perfect. We were looked after throughout every section of the tour, met at destinations by very knowledgeable and friendly guides, who all spoke very good English, and driven in comfort by competent drivers. The whole team made us feel we were in good hands, and helped us learn and understand the history of the many places we visited. I recently completed the Island Peak climbing expedition and it was nothing short of incredible! From the start to the summit, everything was well-organized, safe, and filled with unforgettable moments.
Dendi, my guide, was an absolute star. His professionalism and experience were evident from day one. Not only did he guide me through the trek and the climb with expertise, but he also shared so much knowledge about the culture, the landscapes, and climbing techniques. His calm demeanor and encouragement, especially during the more challenging sections, gave me the confidence I needed to push through. Whether it was pacing ourselves on the way up, helping with gear, or ensuring we stayed safe on the glacier, Dendi was exceptional.
Prakash, the manager and owner of this tour company, was also fantastic. From my first inquiry, he made the whole process so smooth. His communication was clear, and he made sure all my questions were answered promptly. I felt like I was in great hands from the get-go. The logistics of the trip, including permits, transportation, and accommodations, were all taken care of seamlessly. Prakash checked in regularly, which made me feel valued and well-supported throughout the experience.
The Island Peak itself was a thrilling adventure. The beauty of the Khumbu region combined with the excitement of scaling a 6,000-meter peak made it one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The views from the summit were simply breathtaking – standing there with the mighty Everest in the backdrop was beyond words.

Biggest thanks to Brian - our travel advisor for the 16-day trip to Indochina. From three months before the trip until we returned home safely, he was always available when we needed him. He was really supportive and offered great advice. Me and my family truly enjoyed every day of the tour, from Vietnam to Cambodia to Thailand.

Overall, the trip was amazing! I had the luxury of having two trip managers (one for North Thailand and one for South Thailand) and both and were awesome. Kind, organised and went out of their way to make sure people were safe and having a good time. helped arranged extra activities such as a cabaret show and muay thai fight and being Thai knew all the good spots in town to hit. The trip is fast paced and you pack a lot in during 2 weeks but it was a great way to see Thailand North-South. Highlights included Chiang Mai, the elephant sanctuary and both the river raft stays which were both very picturesque and serene. All together I had a great time!
