Goodness what to say?! Had lots of expectations as I’ve been trying to get to Bhutan since Covid took over and had amazing time!! One of quietest countries I’ve visited but they shared my love of karaoke! So much nature, beautiful views, some times too much nature (my allergies went wild) but it was great time, lovely people, very welcoming, loved telling them about London & Peckham. Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a classic guesthouse trek in Nepal. The trail lies on the western part of the Annapurna range, which includes mountains such as Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fang, Annapurna 1, Ganagapurna, Annapurna 3 and Machhapuchhare. All these majestic mountains are set in a circle around Annapurna Base Camp, at a diameter of ten miles. Upon reaching Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 meters, you will thus be rewarded with an amphitheater of snow covered mountains all around you - an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime moment likely never to be forgotten.
From this mountainous epicenter, also known as the Annapurna Sanctuary, the Modi Khola cuts its way south in a narrow gorge being 12,000 feet deep. Further south, the gorge opens up into a wide and fertile valley, the domain of the local Gurung people. We will pass through several local villages on this trek giving you ample of opportunity to get insights on local traditions and cultures.
The middle and upper portions of Modi Khola offer some of the best short trekking routes in Nepal, and the valley is located so that these trails are easily combined into this trekking itinerary.
If you are reasonably fit and able to walk 5-6 hours a day, you can do this trek. If you are not confident in your physical fitness, we recommend adding a porter when booking. One porter can carry 30 kgs and can be shared between two people.
All in all, this a fantastic trek and trail, not to be missed!

This Gosainkunda Lake Trek is a journey through the isolated Tamang villages with minimal effort and mostly in a peaceful environment. Gosainkunda Lake itself is an alpine freshwater lake located North of Kathmandu valley having several other smaller lakes around it. It is said that there are 106 lakes around the main Gosainkunda Lake.
Lauribinayal, a place before reaching Gosainkunda, provides excellent views at sunrise and sunset over the Langtang and Ganesh Himal ranges. You can therefore look forward to getting here.
This trek is an ideal trekking route for trekkers looking for a moderate trek surrounded by peaceful nature. Lodges are relatively simple along the trek but have well-maintained rooms and great food everywhere.

By banal throat infection after the peak ascent yet with heli to hospital ... where people from the local tour operator were there to assist me, Dipak came to visit me personally and check if everything went well ... 3 days later I was in Pokhara enjoy (with antibiotics)! Good insurance is extremely important! Hint: European assistance 'world sport'.

Great service, amazing experience and great adventure in the mountains!! Gokyo Cho La Pass trek with this tour agency is highly recommended. The agency is an expert in Manaslu region, Karma made all the preparations very smooth. I am a solo traveler and he helped me to find a group. All the communication was very smooth and I always got quick answers. Despite the tight schedule, the agency managed to get all the permits, and we left for the trek the day after arriving in Kathmandu. Karma and Nima are knowledgeable, responsible and funny guide/supporter, who made sure we had the best experience during the trek:) We loved the nature, villages, mountain views. I would love to return to Nepal and explore new parts of this beautiful country with this company.

We have joined a group tour organized by this local travel specialist for Dagala Thousand Lakes trip in 2019.
It was one of the most scenic treks that I have ever been to. All along the way you will be greeted by towering Himalayas like Mountain Jumolhari, Kanchenjunga, Tsheringma and on occasion you may see Mount Everest as well.
I took this trek on end of May when the wild flower was in bloom.
The trek also gives you a glimpse of many glacial lakes.
