Makalu Base Camp Trekking is one of the best treks for travelers to explore Nepal's isolated and uninhabited mountains. The Makalu Base Camp, located at an elevation of 5250 meters, is the trek's ultimate endpoint. It is blessed with a pristine scenery and abundant natural beauty. With its beauty and diversity, Makalu (the fifth-highest peak) draws a lot of travelers looking for adventure. With the 17-day Makalu Base Camp Trekking, you may take in the breathtaking Himalayan views and get a sense of how remote Nepal is. When you visit Makalu Barun National Park, you may hear the sounds of nature in addition to the stunning mountain scenery. Due to the several high altitude passes, Makalu is among the most difficult base camp treks. A short saddle (7200 meters) connects Kangchungtse (Makalu II, 7678 meters) and Chomo Lonzo (7804 meters), two famous subsidiary peaks of Makalu. By global standards, each peak is a sizable mountain.
Starting from Tumlingtar, the Makalu Base Camp Trek ascends the Arun river valley to Sedua and Num before crossing the Shipton La Pass (4210 m) and entering the upper Barun river valley to get a close-up view of Makalu and Chamlang Himal. One of Nepal's most uninhabited and isolated regions is visited on this trek. The Makalu Base Camp Trek starts in Tumlingtar and continues up the Arun river valley to Sedua and Num before crossing the Shipton La Pass (4210 m) and entering the upper Barun river valley to get a close-up view of Makalu and Chamlang Himal. A distant and rarely traveled region of Nepal is visited on this expedition. According to a deal between the governments of China and Nepal, which includes 830 square kilometers of conservation area and 2330 square kilometers of national park in Nepal alone, the Barun valley is a component of a vast international protected region.

Mera Peak (6,461 m), the highest trekking mountain in Nepal, is reached via Mera Peak Climbing. Anyone with a little bit of mountaineering experience should climb Mera Peak. Due to its elevation, it is a difficult trekking peak, although only very basic technical climbing skills are needed. Off-the-beaten-path in the rarely visited Hinku Valley is the climb to Mera Peak. The trail is isolated, the surroundings are untamed and clean, and there are not many populated areas. You'll spend the most of your nights in teahouses at yak herders' summer camps or remote kharkas.
Although Mera Peak is not particularly difficult technically, it is tall at 6476 m, has a long summit day, and is exposed to the elements. You need to drink plenty of water and keep your pace manageable and slow. Although the snow route itself is not particularly difficult, it is a long day out and will wear you out. You must feel at ease moving while cinched in and keeping a safe line while moving on a man rope. You also need to know how to walk in crampons and use your walking axe to self-arrest. We set up a high camp for this peak, so you should be comfortable camping on snow. It's also crucial to stay warm, dry, hydrated, and well-fed to be in the best condition on summit day.
The Lower Dolpo Trek can be challenging for inexperienced trekkers due to its high terrain. The breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri and Kanjirowa give the lower Dolpo circuit trek even more appeal.
The 18-day Lower Dolpo Circuit Trek takes place in the western region of Nepal. It is one of Nepal's untrodden and unknown trekking routes. We begin our lower Dolpo circuit trip in Juphal and return there at the conclusion after touring Shey Phoksundo National Park. The uncommon species of medicinal herbs are well-known in Shey Phoksundo National Park. Similar to this, some endangered animal species can also be found here, including the snow leopard, musk deer, blue sheep, Himalayan tahr, and Himalayan black bear.
Trekking in Nepal's remote Dolpo region offers experiences unavailable elsewhere in the nation. One of the most stunning treks in the Nepali highlands is the lower Dolpo Circuit trip. Every adventure seeker is drawn in by the semi-arid geography's lonely valleys, off-the-beaten-path routes, distant communities, rural mountain settlements, and a rich array of flora and animals.
The lower Dolpo circuit trek is one of the most demanding and challenging treks in Nepal. Because of this, participation in a lower Dolpo circuit walk requires prior trekking experience. However, the stunning scenery that can be observed along the paths makes it worthwhile. The Lower Dolpo Trek can be challenging for inexperienced trekkers due to its high terrain. The breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri and Kanjirowa give the lower Dolpo circuit trek even more appeal.
Throughout the journey, the Tibetan culture may be seen as you pass through distant towns and deserted valleys. In addition, the Dolpo region is one of the few locations worldwide where the pre-Buddhist Bon Po religion is still practiced. Additionally, you will get a chance to experience local customs, Nepali culture, and friendly hospitality. Lower Dolpo Circuit trek provides you insight into Buddhism culture and its significance.
