Fantastic vacation. This tour was an excellent introduction to Vietnam; it made us eager to return and explore the country further. The transfers from the airport, hotel and on-the-day excursions were all seamless. We packed so much into our trip and saw so many incredible sites. The experience was fantastic for our children. Our recent trip to Nepal was incredible. This would not have been possible without the head office team led by Prem Khatry. As CEO and founder, Prem is both an entrepreneur and compassionate community leader. His team's attention to detail was key to our trip. Upon our initial visit with him in Nepal he assessed our needs and quickly suggested we do the ultralight flight in Pokhara, which of course, we knew nothing about - and it turned out to a major highlight of our Nepal visit. This chap Prem, raised in the mountains of Gorkha, knows his stuff.
Our pick for guide of the year - is the guide that truly made our entire trip special - Dill Tamang. Having been involved in this sector for many years his immense knowledge flows out of him as you walk through magical Nepal with your mouth wide open. Dill, who himself was born in a remote village in Nepal showed us the incredible beauty of Nepal in so many ways. He understood us within the first day. A highlight was Dill searching out the Guru Rinpoche Cave for us even though it was not on the original tour - he made it happen.
