We will pick you up on arrival at the airport and drive you to your hotel in the city. The next morning we head to Volcanoes National Park. Gorilla trekking, the highlight and main activity of this trip, is on day 3. The last day of your safari starts with a drive back to Kigali, where the trip ends.
Trek through dense forests in search of one of man's closest relatives. Although the journey can be quite tiring for some, the rewards of seeing these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat is worth it. The trekking can last two to seven hours depending on the gorilla group you have been assigned and where they stayed the night before.
During this 4 days camping safari you will visit the Lake Manyara National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the Serengeti National Park. What you can expect in this safari is to view everything ‘’big five and different wild species’’.
This 4 day / 3 night Tanzanian safari explores the world renowned north east corner of Tanzania. This area boasts the Serengeti Game Reserve, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Although a short safari itinerary, it does cover some good distance offers very contrasting areas. The safari departs from and returns to Moshi.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in Tanzania to see the Big Five. However, as one of the world's most astonishing and renowned natural wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater does get busy, and at times very busy. Due to the crowds we recommend a two-night stay only here, then moving on to the Serengeti for a quieter, more private safari experience.
The crater and surrounding highlands together form one of Africa's most beautiful regions. Volcanic craters form stunning backdrops to some of the most fertile and richest grazing grounds in Africa. This 4-day tour offers a glimpse of African wildlife and visits two popular safari areas of Kenya, an awesome adventure combination of nature, wildlife, history and great tales from the locals of the old days. The tour includes accommodation, meals and game drives.
The tour starts by visiting the Maasai Mara National Reserve, which lies in the Great Rift Valley in Kenya and is one of the most popular reserves in all of Africa. Maasai Mara shares a border with Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park and is essentially a continuation of this park, forming the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem. The Masai Mara is African safari at its most iconic, a seemingly endless landscape filled with the drama of nature. Predators are thrillingly abundant, and the big cats define the rhythm on the plains every single day. Ungulates are diverse and plentiful, and astonishing numbers of four hooved animals cross the grasslands. Then there are the other giants, the elephants, giraffe, buffalo, hippo, even the elusive black rhino.
Then the tour heads to Lake Nakuru National Park, a gently undulating terrain with open bush and woodlands, typical of the dry rift valley vegetation. Twenty-seven percent of the park is composed of the Lake Nakuru waters. The park has a large reserve of over 400 species of birds, which make it an ideal site for bird lovers. The park is also a sanctuary of rhinoceros with approximately 45 black and 31 white rhinoceros and the Rothschild's Giraffe.

This tour includes 1 day of Game Drives safari i the Lake Manyara National Park in a 4WD. Here you will see tree-climbing lions regularly climb into the acacia canopy, probably to run away the concentration of biting insects. Lake Manyara is also home to large herds of buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, elephants and hippo pools. The national park attracts water birds such as herons, storks, kingfishers and the iconic fish eagle. The National park is home to Tanzania's birdlife with 400-plus species recorded, counting 50 birds of prey, raucous forest hornbills, pink-hued flamingos and flotillas of pelican.
Following the great safari in Lake Manyara you will during day 2 and 3 visit the magnificent Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park will give you the chance to experience the BIG 5 and other varieties of species and, of course, an endless and beautiful landscape.
During the last day 4 our driver and guide take you through the Ngorongoro Crater which is also known as the Garden of Eden due to its closely populated and untouched wildlife including lions, zebras, leopards, about 30 large elephants etc. In the crater you can also be sure to see the crater basin, a lake having hot water and its upper part covered by the volcano, plus a variety of wild animals and flamingo birds.
