I have used them twice now, and both times have been amazing. The first time was for my honeymoon in Thailand and Cambodia (2017). We were able to tailor everything to our needs and even upgraded to fancier hotels and excursions we wanted without an issue. All the guides were wonderful and everything was seamless. The second time we went to Peru/Bolivia (2019), which was new to them at the time. They put together a wonderful trip that had only very minor hiccups - a couple of times we had to reach out to figure out who our guide was for the next day and get pick up times, or our guide info was incorrect. This was all due to them not having planned trips in South America yet, so it was a learning curve for them. They have since added basically our trip to their website. All in all, I will absolutely keep using them for our trips.

Stunning scenery, great crew to support us… we were so lucky with Saimon & Eric (our main guides), Robert our cook (who fed us so well with a huge amount of great food) and our team of Porters and assistants. What a great trip we had and have nothing but praise for this tour operator and how our Guide Lova and our driver Deva looked after us. We had so much fun with them. Accommodation and food was all good. Vehicle was good and managed those terrible roads really well. The National Parks are something and the local guides that were chosen there were excellent. We were given lots of chances to walk and explore the villages and anything of interest along the highway.

I have climbed so many mountains but Kilimanjaro trip was the best. We were a private group consisting of my wife, kids and i, and we felt incredibly safe and supported throughout the trek, especially on summit night. The twice-daily medical check-ins were reassuring, especially for my kids, who had never been on a high-altitude hike. Our lead guide, with extensive mountain medical training, kept everyone calm and comfortable.
