Take a day off from Skopje and explore Kosovo, only 30 minutes from Skopje city center, on this guided full-day tour. You will have a chance to visit the Kosovo capital Pristina, the picturesque town of Prizren, and the unique Orthodox church at Grachanica village.
One of the sites you will visit in Kosovo, often called "the youngest European country", is the Grachanica monastery built by the Serbian king Stefan Milutin in 1321 on the ruins of a 6th-century basilica. The monastery was declared a Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance in 1990 and in 2006 it was placed on UNESCO's World Heritage List under the name of Medieval Monuments in Kosovo.
Also visit Pristina, the capital and largest city of Kosovo, which is also the administrative center of the country. After the panoramic drive around the city center, you will have some free time to explore on your own or simply to have a coffee break.
Finally, afternoon visit to the picturesque town of Prizren and visit its old bazaar, with a possibility to visit Sinan Pasha mosque. For those who like light hikes, there is the possibility to climb to the Prizren fortress and enjoy the scenic views of the valley.

Although prior to travelling everyone kept telling me you’re travelling in the wrong season nonetheless Berkana and Ana were off tremendous help ensuring I got to see Albania outside of the capital. Working their magic and working out routes that are supposingly closed due to tourist low season. I was fortune enough to have Ana as tour guide throughout my 4 tours with them hands down the best tour guide I have ever came across throughout my long travels. She’s very informative, outgoing and extremely patriotic so you could easily spot how passionate she is with what she loves doing. I was honestly out spending some good quality time with a close friend♥️ she’s also extremely multitalented videographer, photographer, and if you’re lucky enough she might bust out some of her phenomenal passion to dance moves😉 a 100% will be back in the summer to explore more and definitely with them. Words can’t express how thankfully I am🙏🏻

I just returned from a 2 week tour of the Balkans and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Communication leading up to the tour was exceptional. Our itinerary was fast paced and comprehensive and the sights were spectacular. Accommodations were clean and amenities sufficient for the price paid for the tour. I did this tour in April 2019 and had a wonderful experience. I loved the itinerary - it was fast-paced, but I felt like I had enough time in each country to discover their culture and history. There’s a lot of travel time, so if you don’t like long days on a bus, this tour isn’t for you. I enjoyed all the included and optional activities, and I found that even if you did all of them, you still get lots of free tiime. It was a great tour with amazing value for money. Definitely recommend!
