Our guide Anna was very polite and nice. She tried to fulfill everyone needs. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as I did not speak Spanish. She took the time to give us directions and even took us to get food. She was fun to and I think she will be a high asset to your company as everyone wants to feel they got what they paid for.
