Xian Tours in June 2026

We booked a private 3 day guided tour and were met at the airport by our guide Summer. The car was a clean modern saloon with plenty of room, was well stocked with bottled water and a very good driver. We stayed at the New Otani Chang Fu hotel which was a nice hotel with a Japanese influence. Summer was the perfect guide speaking great English and having a great deal of knowledge and passion about the sights we visited. Whilst not part of the package Summer recommended a restaurant for lunch one day and the food was fantastic. Summer listened to what we the clients wanted and adjusted her approach accordingly. I have visited China on many occasions with my work but never had the opportunity to do any sightseeing so to have the ability to be taken to some beautiful Chinese historical sites and be given just the right amount of background information was perfect. Would definitely recommend this tour company as the communication and organisation was perfect and the guide couldn't have been better.

From the planning stages and inquiries to the final details while on tour, the local travel specialist provided excellent and prompt service. On tour the guides were all extremely capable, friendly and attentive. Every detail of our trip fell in to place perfectly on time and in order. We were more than very pleased with the quality of accommodation and the food and restaurants chosen were amazingly good.We saw so much more than we had expected to. The "no shopping tour" lived up to its name. An excellent tour and company.

Kevin (our tour guide) met us at our hotel early and got us into our tour quickly. Kevin was an engaging and warm guide, with great knowledge of the forbidden city and Chinese history, adding lots of detail and stories to make the day exciting and informative. We had a good trip to the Great Wall and several hours to walk the wall and spend time taking in such a magnificent modern wonder.

The Xian mini group tour was amazing! My guide was Phoebe and she knows everything about Terracotta Warriors History and speaks a very good English! Also guided us to the best places to avoid the crowds. I strongly recommend the tour and the guide!

We had an awesome experience with my tour guide, Vicky and the driver including my travel consultant Vera. We didnt expect very long process to get cleared from the China airport as a no visa visitor, so we were pretty late for our scheduled tour. Luckily, my travel consultant responded my message at 6 am on Sunday, so I rearranged my time and the pick-up place instantly with reasonable extra payment, so we were picked up at the airport by the time we finished all the processes including our breakfast. The entire team was so accommodating with our unexpected situation, so we were able to finish our trip nicely. The car was very clean and comfortable. The guide was very enthusiastic to share as much as she could. She even brought us Chinese sneakers bar for our lunch due to our tight schedule. The travel consultant followed through very well to the end. We couldnt have asked more. We had a great tour and the experience.

What a super time we had! This was our first time in China and we had no idea what to expect or how to set about planning what to see! So very many thanks to the local travel specialist for doing such an excellent job in arranging the tour programme, the guides and the drivers.....we couldn't have asked for better. And many thanks to our travel consultant Kelly Wang for doing such an excellent schedule for us. The cars were excellent: new vehicles, always clean and well presented. We had super experienced drivers - especially useful on the 'exciting' motorways that you find in China! The little extras such as the bottles of water everyday in the car, the driver helping us in an out of the vehicle and loading up the luggage, manoeuvring the car close to the entrance and exits of the sites made the whole experience very enjoyable and memorable. The guides were excellent, well educated, helpful, engaging and so knowledgeable about China in the broadest sense: they could not only talk about the tourist sites but were also able to talk about the geography and history of China in its broadest context. No problems with the language as all our guides spoke very good English. Many thanks to the agency for making our first trip to China such a fun and memorable experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
